Here are the codes I had.

*****None came up for transmission so I thought maybe there are other advanced scanners (just saying)*****
From your scan result, change both cam sprockets and the cold start rattle and timing codes will go.
Resolve the speed sensor codes for the delayed shifting and you should be fine.

On must occasions if I’m working on a car, I make videos and take photos of every step and components I come across.

Then when loosening bolts and nuts I get plastic containers e.g bottle water plastics cut in half and place the bolts and nuts of each and every component I loosen inside the plastic. This helps me when putting them back together.
As per the required torque, most times I note of the force required to loosen then and when putting them back on I fasten them and apply moderate pressure as per almost the pressure required to loosen them.

Cos I feel it’s best to not over tighten them so as not to strip the threads.
You can't judge the right toque by the same pressure you used in loosening the bolt. A sludged up engine will have a tighter bolt cos of the caked up oil and heat it had gone through (take head bolts for example). Besides old threads have tendency to strip regardless of the amount of toque used (oil pan, valve cover and other related 10mm bolts are notorious for dis).
You'll end up stripping bolts if that's what you use.

Thank you the boss

I just asked him and said all wires and cables both on the engine and grounded wires are intact.
His mechanic and electrician as checked all wire related issue.

How did they check the bolded?
With a multimeter?
If not, ask them to use a multimeter to check all connections to know if there are voltage drop on any of the grounds.
If all is fine then I've run out of options diagnosing remotely.

This is a new gen. Works well on petrol. The engr said that this is the negative side of gas. While the positive side is little or no need to change oil as the oil doesn't burn. Plus the low noise and emission.
I don't think that's true. Both petrol and gas are highly inflammable and combustible gases that would be burnt in the combustion chamber.
Both would produce extreme heat when ignited by the spark plug to drive the piston downward.
I don't understand why one would cause damage and the other won't.
I might be wrong though.

What about top cylinder and the engine valves?

It keeps getting brunt every now and then. And we keep replacing it.

Kindly advise us on this.

Thanks
Caused by excessive heat.
Check if the blades on the fan on the starter recoil is fine and sucks in air.
Make sure gen is in a well ventilated area.
Ask your technician to check valve clearance and adjust.
Finally always check your oil level before starting and change oil when due.

That thing no resemble grounds issue, the juicr to the crank is sufficient enough judging from the crank power sound and brightness of the dash.

I may be wrong tho
We could be wrong and right at the same time as none of us has access to the car but attempting to diagnose the fault remotely.
But since it attempts to turn the engine (even with a charged battery according to the post I responded to) but the lights on the dash keeps flickering that way, then I strongly believe he has a bad ground somewhere or a shot to ground (considering the fact that the battery terminals gets hot).

LPG is has very low density, hence the calculation we have is 1kg of LPG contains 20.7megajoules of energy.
PMS is denser hence produced more energy per KG than LPG.

1 litre of PMS produces 31.5 megajoules of energy.

1 litre of fuel is 500
1kg of LPG is 550.
Fuel is still cheaper unless you have an explanation for energy efficiency with LPG cuberator.
Can you break it down in simple English?

Same situation with the video that I first quoted boss.

When the engine is hot, it will feel like it crank a little but will not crank well to start.
Hard rolling.
During that time the battery head terminal will be very hot.
Typical ground related issues.
Ask your friend to trace all ground wires from negative battery terminal to body, engine, then transmission and tighten any loose connections well.
He should also use a sand paper to scrap off rusty surface on his ground point, use a better cable (if cable is bad) and also tighten well so he'll have good contact point.
Same goes to hello66

I know someone experiencing this same issue up till now with his MDX 09.

He has changed....
Kick starter
Temperature sensor etc
Anything changeable and still no solution.

And his engine is still steaming fine.
He his tired and exhausted. Already parked the car.

Car do not have any fault code but he's suspecting if the engine bearing is faulty.
Maybe that's the problem, he's just tired.

Any solution to yours?

Car is driving good and will only start when engine is cool, sometimes luckily it start when hot, but na luck o.
Does it crank at all when the issues manifest itself?
If it does crank, then it's not a mechanical problem like the bearings and more of an electrical issue.
His technician needs to use his test lamp to check for pulse and current on his Injectors, and crank/cam sensors before dem go jump enter brain box (e no dey hard dem).

Hello house. I scanned my 2008 Honda Accord and this is the code that came up;

P0011

I cleared the code and drove again, and the code came back. Research online shows that I should have symptoms like rough idle and reduced acceleration, but I don't. Car idles well and accelerates fine.

I want to tell a mech to remove the vtc filter and clean, but I'm not sure and I don't want any unnecessary poking into my engine.

Pls any competent Honda mech in Ibadan?

Help! Help!

Here's the issue: my Kia Optima started getting hot, and I noticed that the radiator was clogged. I took it to a repair shop to have it fixed. After it was fixed, I started driving home and began experiencing sudden jerks when putting the car in reverse or drive.

So, I had the car scanned, and an error came up. However, the problem now is that the mechanic attempted to clean the mentioned component, and the car is driving well now. However, there is still a delay and jerking when putting it in reverse.

Has anyone else experienced this or know what I can do about it?

Thanks.
Did he drain the transmission oil when removing the radiator or he blocked the transmission line with a plug?

If he drained then refill, probably he might have contaminated the system in the process. Same with using a dirty plug on the transmission line.
What codes did he get when it was scanned?

But after fixing the kick the technician detect that enough power wasn't supplied into the gear so he decided to check so he said I will need a relay to make it work because one pin has broken from the fuss that supplies power to the gear.
Now he has put relay. The problem now is that my car start not only on P or N again it starts on any gear. Please hope I'm save.
No you're not.

They're relatively easy to diagnose and fix

They're safe, all my years doing Volvo, I've not had a customer who had an accident in one and sustained bodily harm not to talk of death and believe me there's been so many incidents and many total wrecks

I don't have to worry about who's going to steal my car(this is what led me to discover the brand in the first place)

Cost of parts are also relatively cheap compared to most competitors

The drive performance is fantastic, good speed, good balance at high speeds and fantastic handling too

I don't like following the crowd, I prefer doing something different and excelling at it

Only problem now is, fg and NCS are trying their best to run us off the market, it costs double the figure to clear a Volvo XC90 now compared to say Highlander/pilot of same year and it keeps rising everytime. Same with the sedans and CUVs, the cost of clearing them are so high now it's looking like a deliberate conspiracy of some sorts
I intentionally mentioned you cos you're the only Volvo die hard fan I've known on this space cheesy.
No doubt Volvo is a better car (just like most European cars) when compared to their Japanese counterpart (I don't understand the craze with Asian brands honestly).
But from a mechanic point of view, it's not profitable to work on.

Okay bro.. it's a toyota corolla.
Remote diagnosis for suspension noise is practically impossible.
You'll need your mechanic to test drive the car and physically inspect suspension components to know where the noise is coming from.
You can call 07089030689 if in Lagos for further diagnosis.

Hello house.

My 2008 Honda Accord had a P2646 code and a P0011 code on it before I got it. Changed the oil and cleared the codes, and then I rescanned. Only the P0011 code came back after driving.

I'm not sure how to proceed from here, since oil has been changed and filter changed. Mechanic initially insisted on changing the rocker arm, but after code cleared and didn't come back, he hasn't said anything again.

Pls help, as I need to know exactly what to do. I don't want anyone poking around in my engine.

Edit: the car drives fine and idles well too. Just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing.
If your engine has sludge buildup in it.
You can ask your technician to clean the VTC strainer, clear code then drive around to see if the code come back.

I hear banging and sometimes vibrating noise at the rear tire (right side) when I drive on a rough surface or gallop. What could be the issue. It started suddenly.
Could be anything from bad Bushings to bad shocks and pad or any other part of your suspension components.
Remote diagnosis is impossible.
Take your car for physical inspection.

A fair deal plus it suited the road you used daily, great choice I'd say.
In this case, did you consider your comfort bro?
It drove like an SUV (body on frame) so nothing special to expect from it.
But it had leather seats, and cool AC so I'd say comfort wasn't bad.

Get a competent technician that knows how to use a multimeter and ask him to carry out a draw test to narrow down to what's draining your battery.

Chose it because I was into realestate then and my job takes me to remote places with bad road.
