I remember when I was a christian, there was a period I experienced a kind of happiness and inner peace that I had never experienced in my life. I was listening to gospel music and the sound just serenaded the entire atmosphere and I experienced a kind of high that was akin to sexual orgasm, but in this case it was every part of my body and mind experiencing this immense gratification. It was powerful and long lasting. What constituted this feeling? How was I able to experience this? Was it my belief working for me?

With such a context, the man can get away with anything, including polygamy. He can rewrite the bible, claiming that some portions or verses were not clearly written. He can do ANYTHING, and the staunch members and the pastors would defend him. I mean ANYTHING.

They deify him, call him the ‘Jesus in white suit,’ ‘the Jesus of our time’ and such heresies.
Two personal experiences really got me worried.

A. I was in church one day when a leader in a talk show said, “Pst Chris is not only in Ikeja or Lagos. His spirit is even here right now’’. I was shocked by the comments and obvious deification of a mere mortal. But when the pastor came up, he did not rebuke the speaker or said anything about it. I left for home, thinking hard: What has happened to these people?
B. Th other one was during prayer. The person leading the prayer asked us to pray so that the message of PST Chris will take over the world. Message of Pst Chris? I asked myself. I thought we came there because of the gospel/message of Christ? Does Pst Chris have a different message? Of course, I didn’t participate in that prayer but I was shocked that no one saw anything wrong in this, which validated my growing belief that the church was veering out of the Christian lane into something else.

I will stop here for now. But if challenged by the minions of the church, I have more arsenals. Good day and God bless you.

In this your post, i see no much importance. I've watched a full sermon of pastor Chris on YouTube that he thought that no matter what, when married, a Christian can never divorce. That they gotta work it out. I was so shocked about that his teaching because i believed he'd be of the league of those who support divorce. In that message he made it clear it's wrong. Fast forward yrs later, he divorced his wife. So it's very common for him to preach about something literally, but he does and means the opposite. E just be like make mesef preach am as people dey do.

Been involved in casting out for many years and witnessed many texts from demons in church members phones. Some half literate tattle tales or pleas to not continue in deliverance, etc.
then this morning I wake at 4 am to two messages (kind and concerned about mine and my child's well being) from my husbands email account sent SMS to my text inbox. Husband is password protected for ONE and for TWO he is sleeping right next to me. I reply who is this but no response.
Great now this drama I'm thinking, they've never texted me before.

Saying they will deal with me .if I don't leave her alone . Actually we were to conclude the ministration the following day. The threat continued and I was replying . It was a long conversation even while she was on the way the following day . I first felt the girl was playing prank . When I saw her , I confronted her of sending insults to me . She denied any knowledge of such . But she said she was seeing some messages from me which she didn't understand.

The funny part was that she said she didn't have airtime on her phone since the previous day . I then grabbed her phone and checked the balance it was 0.00. . I showed her the messages in my phone . She was shocked . We checked her own phone it's only my responses that were there . I even did a thread on that experience

These aspects are only a part of a service . The live services itself runs for about 7 hours . Which Includes prayer, worship, preaching ,healing ,deliverances and prophecy. YouTube only has clips of aspects of a service . You can't judge an entire service by few minutes clip. What you have there are probably testimonies.

Firstly I didn't talk about message preached like a sermon . But message delivered for an Individual in prophecy. The question here is the significance of giving phone numbers. And I said it's not out of place . The phone number is not the massage . Its only a demonstration of word of knowledge . Do you live in this world at all? Or all you see and know is about your church and its parishes? i'm talking about the majority. Most of the places and peoples running up and down for miracles and signs, and most of the places where these so called signs are done like calling numbers and amount of money in your pocket. they do not tell them anything significant about Jesus.

The prophetic is both gift and office . Very important in the body of christ . There have been several attacks on that precious gift .

Many doubts claiming that the prophecy is a guess work . But when it's proven beyond doubt that it's supernatural. Then comes in the next attack " FALSE PROPHET"
