Guy even me too, mine is 1.2million naira through my agent. My visa will be out next week hopefully. Honestly I know 3 people who are in turkey and doing very well. One of them was my couremate but dropped out. He just finished his duplex in the village last December. His family is in Port Harcourt but he frequents home. The other is just a small boy of 28 years doing really good. Has two houses right now. No country is an Eldorado but believe me you can't compare Nigeria to turkey. Nigeria is burning.

My people I have finally collected the passport on 28th January 2020 after I paid additional 10,000. The passport was printed a day after I made the additional 10k payment. Honestly I felt sorry for this country. In the collection room there I saw hundreds and hundreds of passport booklets yet they still sing the song of no booklet. It's well.

Please my great people has anybody had such experience in the past. I mean this guys collected 40k from me for 32 pages, with the assurance that it's going to be an express delivery.

Right now I am devastated as I need that passport urgently for traveling.

Yesterday evening 16/1/2020 at obosi street Onitsha South local government in anambra state.
Corpse of a young lady was found in a building, the girl was identified as a young lady living at the 5th floor of the next yard of the building.

According to eye witness, the young lady living alone with her boyfriend in a 3 bedroom flat, it was around 7pm the boyfriend came down from the 5th story building asking his neighbors if they help him to see his wife, they said no. Few minutes after he asked his neighbors, some girls raised alarm of a dead body in the next compound, some of the neighbors went there to check the corpse, they identify the corpse is their neighbor wife, but no one told the boyfriend is his girlfriend, instead, they ask him to go and check himself, but the guy refuse to check if is his girlfriend or not.

The lady's corpse was there for over 2 hours, when the landlord of the next building call the police to inform them about the incident. Before the arrival of the police officers, the boyfriend neighbors called the boyfriend aside to ask him what happened between him and his girlfriend, he said they only argue about what she wrote in his account book in shop, and he is back home to settle their differences, he said the girl have prepared his dinner but he see that is girlfriend disappear, that is why his looking for her.

I am facing similar situation like the OP. I did mine capturing on the 3rd of this month after paying 34 thousand naira and only for me to call the immigration officer helping yesterday, and he said I should give him 12,000.00 naira to give to an officer that has booklet since there is shortage of booklet and I should be sure to get it latest wetness if I today.

I am confused. I don't want anyone to swindle me in this January of my hard earned money and at the same time I need the passport urgently.
I am thinking of giving him the money.

Little wonder. Methinks Port Harcourt is the worst state in this regard. Not just the criminally high fee but the heartbreaking delay. I was there yesterday and was told that oga went to Abuja and I should pray he comes back with booklets then possibly mine COULD be among those to be printed. This is after paying 40k and almost 3 months ago ( November). It's quite painful.

Bro you are lucky I must say. Seems the system works better in warri Delta state. I am really regretting having anything to do with Port Harcourt immigration guys. Criminals at their best. I did mine in warri (governor's house annex) beside DBS. 32pgs costed 28k, did it in 3days.
I went very early in the morning spoke to one of them have him the money registered and went home the next day I went 3pm but collected it the next day as the booklets had not arrived from asaba(so they said) the 3rd day I collected mine that morning.
Last last na N500 I reason the officer cause him nor really do anything significant.

I'm posting this for the sake of those in Delta, warri is more reliable than Asaba although I here Asaba is improving under okowa. So if you're in warri or environ don't waste transport to asaba as it might be a waste of more funds.

Will you pay attention and stop this victim mentality. It is either you will take advise, since you brought this matter to the court of public opinion, or you will narrate your experience, believe your wife is the worst woman and conclude that you are leaving a marriage.
