Please what's happening in VI TLS. I know about 4 of us who have been waiting since August 18th we did Biometric and still date no decision has been made yet.

Yesterday made it the 15th working day me and my main applicant did our biometric and the application is still at DMC. We have made three (3) paid calls and still got a "awaiting decision" reply.

What do we do as I think this issue is peculiar to VI TLS?

I still don't understand the concept of the WhatsApp group thing o....They would still hoard information in that same WhatsApp. Thank God for previous threads. If not, what would we have done?..How would we have known the different processes and what to expect? The previous threads made me fall in love with PWC and gave me ideas of what to expect, working for such a firm...May God bless those souls abundantly.

I think people should understand that their circumstance differs from others. Some are curious, desperate, normally inquisitive, or even tired of staying at home and wants to burn their youthful energy. You can't judge everyone by your own condition.

There's nothing wrong in asking questions and making the thread lively. We know we'll all get the mail eventually but people still visit the thread to see comments everytime.

I also think this is about the driest thread in recent years. Around this time, there were a lot of deliberations in previous threads. I think it would be hard getting any piece of useful information on this thread moving to subsequent stages. Thank God for the previous guys. Great guys!

The thread is dry because we still await the outcome of the test written, remember this is the first stage. I believe after this stage, it will become more conversational and more interesting as many issues to talk about will arise.

More so, I think the issue of WhatsApp Group or not, is based on choice. The recruitment process is quite individual and not a group thing. Mind you, some people don't even know a Nairaland thread nor a WhatsApp Group exist, but they will still get the job.

So whether people created WhatsApp Group or contributed here or not, it is based on choice. No one owes anyone anything, at least for now. We that are here should continue to relate with one another so that future threads will see these as something helpful.

There is no best way to answer them than to be yourself and answer them according to your preferences. It is meant to know if your personality matches the job.

However, there are some traits expected from someone who chooses Assurance to become an auditor in the firm and these traits are quite disparate from those expected from someone who chooses Advisory to become a consultant in the firm.

Say by Friday 21st. Reject mails might roll in first, then OPQ mails might roll in on Monday the 24th. It might also be vice versa. This is just my thoughts based on past trends.

I think theirs is a little higher.

I got an email from shl yesteda inviting me for the test....I did the test that yesterday...it's was so tactical..numerical and verbal...35 minutes each.

Congrats. I applied for assurance this time around, did advisory last year, got to the Personality Test stage and shot my self in the leg.

How did you shoot yourself in the leg? Do you mind sharing your experience with us about the personality test?

There would not be a verification test this year due to COVID. In fact, PwC staff members still work from home currently. That is why the online test by SHL will be highly proctored.

After the online SHL test (proctored), we shall have the following stages:

OPQ (Online Personality Questions): This is to determine your match for the job you applied for.

Then, successful candidates from the OPQ stage will be invited for interviews which will be virtual, say zoom or Microsoft teams or Google meets.

Successful candidates from the interview are then given offers and perhaps engaged in Medicals and Orientation.
