For adsense cpc the niche dat gets the highest are :Cancer, insurance and law.. But those niches are no childs play either...

Others that can be easily done are
health niche (weightloss, fitness, dieting, healthy living) again this market is over crowded.

Blogging and web design Niche.. The cpc for blogging and web design are usually high, bt dont get many clicks since the pipo already know adsense

the thing is not looking for a high cpc niche, rather its about getting high traffic.. I rather go for a niche with $0.20 cpc with 100k searches than $2.5 cpc with 7k searches

U can run affiliate via pinterest if u knw the secret to pinning..

A proper way to approach blogging is making it a side project.. YES, A SIDE PROJECT, until it starts paying and then bcoms full time job..

For your question, as a medical student, the best way to blog is to just study your books and make it a hobby writing down whatever it is you have studies.. You dont need to spen hours in front of ur computer screen, just write on paper and give a typo to type it in ms word N30

so, it is very possible to do even med.surg and blog at the same time.. It wont affect ur studies at all if you dont put your mind in making money out of it. It even helps..

To start with the domain is a 16 character domain, quite long but okay... The name is straight and clearly passes its message.. Its obviously a niche in d health market...hot cake...

The problem is, its last word. The niche its on is a niche that majority of its domains are short and the word 'fortress' dont come online often... For the asking price. Do not set an asking price, put it on bid and let pipo interested bid it.. If non meets up to what u consider reasonable. Then set an asking price..

I really cant set a price tag, its 50 50... U may make profit or not make it.. Domain flipping is a guess game.

Though i really dont know much about wordpress free version.. Since am used to WP premium and blogger.. But am sure they dont allow adsense or any other advert for that matter.. The possibility of monetizing is really not realistic.

I suggest you move over to blogger or go premium with wordpress..

**Ssl certificate is not a necessity generally... But again, it becomes a necessity when you are dealing with money and want to make your users feel secured entry their credit details..

For your type of site and the way you phrased your question.. I think you have the money to afford one already, just go ahead and add it from the very day1 of your site, so you dont mess things up later..

If on the other hand you dont have the money for an SSL cert, then, just hit up the road and start your business, when you grow, you can then add it.. The worlds top sites recently started using ssl.. So, its no bigdeal..

The important thing is vission + marketing strategy = growth

A quick view to the blog showed u re already posting android and mtn tutorials... The thing is, school news blogs dont have income potential.. I mean, who are you selling to? What re u selling? Can u even sell?

All what these audiences does is just type on google "has imsu started selling post ume form?" once they get the news, they zoom off.. Bounce rate is high..
