This would forever haunt Ex-President GEJ . It was complete leadership failure on his part as a President and a father of the nation ; may we never experience such kind of incompetent leadership again.

That he actually could believe that children kidnap was a rumour or political gimmick is unimaginable , cringeworthy , unbelievable and those who gave that preliminary report to him need to get equal amount of opprobrium in posterity whenever this sad event is recounted.

The closest worst form of leadership to it was UK's Boris Johnson's Partygate scandal where parties were being held while the citizens were burying their loved ones daily due to covid-19 pandemic.

HE GEJ was the lowest point we ever got to in terms of leadership; it was a complete breakdown of leadership and my guess is that those who accused him of drinking too much like Boris Johnson may be right.

We will not forget heroes like Sharon Ikeazor, Mrs Oby Ezekwesili etc too. Well done to all the Patriots and lovers of Nigeria who helped mount pressure of the GEJ's govt then.

Sir, people like you are the problem we have In this country. With the performance of Buhari, you shouldn't even compare him to GEJ. GEJ is light years ahead of him.

But I guess if Buhari decides to run for 3rd term, you'll still vote him. Stockholm syndrome!!

The way you guys think is truly amazing. Even a typical zombie can't think this way.

What percentage of people In the SE and SS are Muslims? You can't even compare it yo states like Borno, Yobe, Kano, Kaduna that have a significant Christian population but they have always ran a same faith ticket. Do you know how many Christians die in these states whenever there are riots?

Just like Tinubu and APC, you seem not to care about how delicate and fragile this country Is at the moment. All you want is for Tinubu to win at all cost. It's a pity

Your ipob states are all Christian Christian states and you are still the poorest, unproductive and violent region in Nigeria and all your Christian Christian governor are the most useless and incompetent.

It's only a fool that will still vote for APC after all what we have seen in this country under APC

I won’t be stupid enough to walk into your guilt tripping trap; making it look like I’m deriving joy from the killings going on in the land but mind you, these killings have been happening since the beginning of democracy even though the country has been running on multi-faith principles (presently we have a Muslim and a christian as our president and vp respectively) and still nothing has changed (security and economic-wise). The killings and suffering have even skyrocketed and now at all-time high under this evil Muslim-Christian regime. So I’m surprised that the supposed educated (educate illiterates actually) youth are still the ones allowing themselves to be used as pawns in the religion card politics (which Mr Atiku was seemingly trying to use on us just yesterday thinking he was talking to toddlers) rather than clamor for competent hands. I personally like BAT for his track record of good governance and achievements (and seemingly because I don’t see a better candidate at the moment). This argument is simple, choose from among the candidates who are running the interfaith pattern that you want and leave the majority sensible ppl who have decided to choose competence over ethnic affiliation and white men religions cool
Stay blessed.

So much for competence over ethnic affiliation. So there's no competent northern Christian. Lol.. nawa o!

Apc, trying So much to tear Nigeria apart with ethnoreligious sentiments.

Well, there's a right to freedom. Not everybody will want Obi. We are free to vote Who ever we want. I just hope we do that without sentiments.

All the best

Oh really? Are you not contradicting yourself now? grin
So you agreed that the states I listed haven’t had a Muslim as governor or deputy since independence (I’m not even sure if they’ve ever had a Muslim in their cabinets) and your best defence was to counter my submission with the number of Christians in the north. Is that not what I’ve been saying? Unlike the south west and some parts of the middle belt that are liberal, every other part of Nigeria (north and South east to be specific) are too homogeneous to make the mistake of picking a representative from the minority group in the respective regions. It will be a political suicide but I don’t expect you to understand angrythe basic principle behind it or the reason why democracy is called a game of numbers, interest and influence. I won’t pick you to be my running mate if I sense that you don’t have enough political weight to actualize my dream of winning.
Away from that, if anyone should be angered by Tinubu’s choice, it should be his supporters and not ppl that wouldn’t still vote him even if he had chosen a bishop as his running mate. Also, I think there are at least 3 major contestants in this forthcoming elections, right? Why don’t you just choose yours and rest? Also, you guys want this man to lose, right? Since according to you cretins, he’s making a mistake that would hinder his winning, I think naturally, it should be a thing of joy for you rather than these unnecessary nagging and wailing grin

The south west has a good number of Christian and Muslim population, almost on a 50:50 ration. It will be very idle for these religions to be represented well. You can't compare the SW to SE, SS, NW and some parts of NE. Nigeria is not SS, SE, NW or wome parts of NE. Nigeria is the most diverse nation in the world. This diversity is based on religion and ethnicity. How then do you expect the president and vice to be from a particular religion knowing very well how religion has been a problem in this country. We all know how intolerant some part of the north can be when it comes to religion. We can't count how many people have lost their lives In the north because of religious crises. Except you choose not to care about these issues just because of selfish gains. Well, Tinubu doesn't care because of selfish gains. Nobody should even talk about 1993... you can never compare 1993 with the Nigeria of today. Nigeria of today is very volatile thanks to APC with the way they have managed the country since they came in. Apart from during the Civil War, we haven't been this divided as a nation, and here is man trying to run a single religion ticket. Hmmm!!! I wonder how you guys support such evil.

Well, you keep butressing my point on how selfish APC is. They just want to win election because they think a Muslim Muslim ticket will give them the advantage and it's nothing based on competence. Do you understand?? I can't break it down further than this for you.

We are people disturbed? APC and PDP are still the political big weights and still have a strong chance of winning the election. On that note, there should be fairness and inclusion in everything they do. Even the holy Quran talks alot about fairness. Is this what Tinubu and APC are practicing? I still wonder how you people support such evil. Even a typical zombie will know what's wrong and right.

Maybe Obi's supporters maybe radical. But please, the ruling party shouldn't cry wolf. This same social media was harnessed by them in 2015 to spread propaganda and lies against Jonathan. They did worse and unthinkable things. I'm not trying to support the radicalism of some Obi's supporters by saying this. But remember what they said about Karma?? One thing I love about Obi is that he has never attacked or spoken ill of any of the fellow presidential aspirants unlike what they do when given the chance to talk.

Obi just shows them he's on a different level and isn't threatened at all. He remains focused on taking back Nigeria from the vampires

There are definitely lots of competent northern Christians but remember that politics is a game of numbers. What is this northern Christian’s political weight/influence in this said region? This question was a big factor to consider. What you guys are clamoring for (even though it’s a lie, because even if he go choose bishop, u no go still vote am grin) is akin to picking an Alfa Emeka Yusuf from Enugu Muslim minority group to represent the whole of alaigbo just because the president is a Christian from the north cheesy Same Alaigbo, south-south and some western states (e.g Ondo) that have never been tolerant enough to have a Muslim as either Governor or deputy since inception of democracy in Nigeria o grin. You won’t understand now until you grow a little older in politics. Stay blessed.
Away from that, what BAT said here is what I call deep roasting. Atiku must have thought he was dealing with toddlers by trying to play the religion card yesterday. A once beneficiary of a Muslim-Muslim ticket now condemning same today. That goes to show you that Nigerians condemn wrongdoings only when it’s not beneficial to them.

This alaigbo you talk about that haven't produced a Christian-Muslim ticket or Muslim-Christian candidate is akin to telling me Borno, Yobe, Sokoto, Kebbi have been also very intolerant to produce a Muslim-Christian ticket. Even if you lived in Togo or you are 2 years old, you should have known the number of Muslims in the SS or SE isn't upto 5%. Not to talk of states like Borno where the south is predominantly Christians, yet they are still marginalized and have always produced a Muslim-Muslim ticket. Go to kano or Yobe where they have a good number of Christian faithful and tell me if they have had a Christian Muslim ticket. Hence, these Christians in these states have suffered years of marginalization
and persecution. So who's intolerant? I don't know if you understand me? I don't know how I could break it down for you again to understand again. Stop going by herd mentality and be open to reasoning.

Like I said, if it wasn't for selfish interests, there's no reason why Tinubu should have gone for a Muslim Muslim ticket. It shows how desperate he is to clinch power. Why is he hiding under competence? So Shettima is the most competent APC member in Nigeria?

Both of them are selfish and greedy old men.

If not for selfish interests, why a Muslim/Muslim ticket??

So there's no competent northern Christian to choose?

Abeg they should just shift one side with their lies and deceit.

Meanwhile, when will Tinubu accept the invitation for an interview?

Uptill today, ajaokuta steel company is yet to produce a meter of steel after pumping in billions of dollars. It looks like our refineries are going down thesame way. Only God knows how much have been pumped into reactivating these refineries, but nothing is ever produced.

I only hope this achievement if true will be sustained. If APC tells you goodmorning, you have to go outside and check if it's actually morning
