Absolutely, the very people you can look up to as a pointer to younger generations harbor unbelievable resentments, this outburst is inimical to national developments. I wonder if ethnicity can ever be reduced to minimal levels with these kind of talk by such important citizens.
If I can take a little time to consider his position, Prof and co-travelers want other groups to fold their arms, allow his group to lead in every sphere throwing competition into the mud. Every other group should submit to their political will.
I've heard loads of complaints of neglects of the region as if the Southeast isn't receiving federal allocations like every other states.
These complaints are getting too much
it is getting to much to you because you enjoy seeing your region receive federal roads directly from federal ministry of works courtesy of the proceeds from resources from another man's backyard.

Yeah, and yet since independence no single SE state is even mentioned among the top 5 economic contributors in Nigeria alone, not to talk of Africa. Doesn't charity begin at home again?? I think what you meant to say is that Nigeria will become the drug-trafficking capital of the world within 5 years. cheesy Sometimes I wonder the kind of egbo some of you smoke before typing. lol
IMO and Abia are oil and gas producing states.

Anambra is the number one state with the highest number of indigenous industries in Nigeria.

Ebonyi is the number one rice producing state of all time in Nigeria .

Enugu state is the home of hospitality and serenity in Nigeria.

we have made giant strides out of the ashes of war and genocide in just 40yrs and counting to be the envy of our detractors.

Good so let the country continue deciding. The question of balance does not come into it . Was Abiola a "balance" candidate He won the election so every other person should go out there canvass and win elections let us stop the sentiments about fair share. Is Yar'adua or Shagari or Buhari or Balewa Tiv or Idoma .Please stop this nonsense. When 2023 comes let every person contest. Abiola contested against a Northerner and won. No one allocated it to him.
If your people are interested they must learn how to build relationships.
As things are They cannot win any elections and there is no way of becomng president without winning elections
For your information, igbos have built more relationship than any section. look around you and see them living peaceful everywhere without fear without Favour but hardwork and resilience.

we have supported others ,shagari ,yar adua,Good luck, obj and MKO in elections what relationship is morethan these.

Namdi Azukiwe,Alvan ikoku,Aguiyi ironsi, contributed to Nigerias independence.

Ngozi okonjo, soludo, Dora Akunyili,Frank nweke etc contributed in shaping modern Nigeria.

the igbos deserve a shot and every support to the presidency come 2023.

The north's turn is running until 2023.
there must be a balance even if it is not conspicuous but it must be understood for national balance.
if you think you are God of Nigeria to declare who to win elections and who not to win ,then you are deluding yourself.

2million votes was the difference that gave it to Buhari. if we decide to give our support to a northern candidate in 2019 it will be a landslide.it happened in 1976. the north don't underestimate our voting strength hence Buhari first came to us twice before deciding to go away and Nigerians gave him the mandate due to lies and propaganda from the southwest.

Nigerians are wiser.

Good bless Nigeria

It is not about TURNS . Yoruba has never had any TURN at presidency.

Abiola won the presidency in 1993 and it was annulled. The Yoruba then put Falae forward but Obasanjo was imposed on the country. That was not a matter of Turn.

It is about capacity to persuade the whole country to trust you. If you are talking turns you could talk North and South. If it is the Turn of the South we all know who can or cannot be trusted let us not kid ourselves
who imposed OBASANJO? the country decided to make him president on the ground that MKO was robbed .

the igbos are there and the middle belt are there too. so it is about looking around for a an seeing what can be done to create a balance.

Yorubas have had their fair share of the presidency in the person of obasanjo for eight good years and must give other regions who contributed immensely for the birth of this country to have their turn for peace and cooling of boiling nerves around the country.

'kettle' calling pot black
Most likely, many people believe they should not
start a sentence with a coordinating conjunction
because their grammar teachers in grade school
discouraged them from doing so. Yet such a rule
is completely unjustifiable. When grammar
teachers teach youngsters the essentials of
sentence structure, they most likely explain that
coordinating conjunctions are used to hold
together elements within a sentence. Therefore,
they may discourage students from starting
sentences with coordinating conjunctions
because they are trying not only to explain
conjunctions but also to help their students learn
to avoid sentence fragments like this one:
She was a nice girl. And smart, too.
In this example, using "and" after the period is
wrong because the second "sentence" is not
really a sentence at all: it has neither a subject
nor a verb.
Thus, youngsters carry forward into adulthood
the notion that a sentence should never begin
with a coordinating conjunction, especially not
with "and" or "but." In fact, however, professional
writers have started sentences with coordinating
conjunctions throughout history.
'And' is a coordinating conjunction and never to be used at the beginning of a sentence. it puts the reader off guard.

A Yoruba is presently the Vice President. A Yoruba has been President under the banner of PDP.

What he is asking hypocrites like you is why the new PDP still has no regard for the miserable and emotional South despite all your love for an equally miserable PDP?

Are you guys going to be a broken backbone forever, serving as the pedestal for others to rule since the Tafawa Balewa / Azikiwe master-slave relationship?

Why didn't a presently South dominated PDP zone its presidency to the South, especially the emotional SouthEast that will still lament miserably about being marginalised in Nigeria?
why do some people speak out of the box.

the north is doing their 8years. Buhari is doing 4yrs and 2019 will be the beginning of another 4yrs that is why all parties are fielding a northern candidate.

you like lamenting. haba!

You know the SW can stand on its own so does not need any multicultural country that would be beset with the same troubles of Nigeria.

A beggar must always beg to be helped. That is the condition of the SouthEast. I have already implored the SS to let you be immigrant workers in a NigerDelta nation if it so happens, like the fillipinos in Qatar or UAE.

You need them because you can't stand alone, they don't need you. Anything apart from my suggestion would be a case of not knowing ones worth, a mistake I doubt the SS would make with your already notorious antecedents.
if you can stay alone, you would have been campaigning to be alone instead of fighting and castigating those who want to build a decent civilization since 1967.

Since time immemorial, the Igbo man has wrongly assumed the rest of the world was created to serve him.
If not, how did the Igbo man earn a fictional trust that is always betrayed by others?

Jonathan won an election in the SouthWest and lost a re-election for being an ineffectual buffoon. The SE claimed the same Jonathan didn't do anything for the region, but would still vote for him. Why? Because they didn't want a Fulani president, so they would rather have a failed president.
Even the SouthSouth already knows Jonathan was the worst the region could offer, but just had to support their son.

So Igbos, the world does not revolve around you as to have been the reason why Jonathan failed to win re-election. There are other important factors to consider over mundane emotions.

Can you tell me why the average Igboman hates Tinubu?
What is his significance to the SE that he commands such vile hate when he doesn't even have any political business with the SE?
Did Tinubu sack Igbo civil servants in Lagos State while he was governor?
Did he deny them promotions?
Has he not been very charitable to the many Igbos that have come in contact with him?
So why this obsessive hatred for a man who does not even know he is being hated?

Ans: Because what you do not have, you will hate until you have it too.
you people don't understand igbos.

Jonathan wasn't igbo yet igbos supported him.

in 1976 igbos voted massively for shagari and he won.

igbos voted overwhelmingly for umar yar Adua and he won.

igbos voted for Obj and he won.

igbos voted massively for MKO Abiola and he won in 1993.

so you can see that you people wake up and accuss igbos unjustly.

Igbos didn't vote for Buhari because he lack the educational qualifications and track record of successful leadership. he failed in 1984 and brought the country to recession and he has done it again in 2015 due to the intense SW propaganda against Jonathan that Nigerians fell for. TINUBU is not known outside SW. I don't know how you came to the conclusion that igbos hate him.

TINUBU is hated by his APC members from other parts of Nigeria who don't like his selfish boring demands to influence others.

TINUBU is not a political office holder. He deserve no outstanding recognition.

The text in bold is what the rest of Nigeria already knows about the Igbo. You are controlled by your immense hatred, so you lack any meaningful direction.

With your hatred, you continue to serve the meaningful purpose of others.

The hated gworo-chewing Buhari is now loved by his hated Igbo. You stand for nothing but hate, so you remain malleable.

I still remember how most of you rejoiced like slaves whose master has finally given them a cup of water to share, upon learning of the visit of the SouthEast caucus to the president. News that a Fulani president might be making overtures of support to the SouthEast was received with pomp.

These are the same people who continue to berate the SouthWest for forging an alliance with the North, while blackmailing the SouthSouth from forging same NorthSouth alliance.

IGBO - I Go Before Others.

The only North-South alliance the Igbos want is one where only the Igbos benefit as the Southern representative of such alliance.

You exposed your insincerity by your own actions. Now the rest of the South knows you better.

Sai Buhari!
you accuse igbos of hating you. Ask yourself if you love igbos to deserve the love of igbos.

you people hated Jonathan because he loved igbos.

how do you deserve love from those you hate.Yoruba I am asking you people weather it is right for igbos to continue to love you will you continue to stab and hate them since the days of Awolowo.

Only gullible Igbos and SS will fall for this scam.

"Quality" should always be the key. Nigeria market have been allowed too much to have a free flow of fake products. Hence, many consumers continue to fall victim of all these fake products without any return on the value for their money. In addition, insincerity & selfish interest on the part of the sellers & the government has led to the high level of sub-standard products in the market.
if you had gently read the write up and assimilated it,you would have realized that it was said that you can get anything from the market depending on your purse.it is not the fault of importers that majority of Nigerians are poor and not the duty of importers to set and enforce standard.

the government failed by impoverishing Nigerians and failed to have a working standards organization.
