It seems that the default setting of most people is to believe bad news and to have negative assumptions. It wasn't long ago that Ezalb and nilnilsef informed us that the corporation has EH in mind. Even the GMD in June volunteered same info on getting back to the EH as soon as possible. Yet most of us here are spewing negativity like the 10 Hebrew spies sent to survey the promised land with Caleb and Joshua.
As for me I'm not surprised by the long delay. A friend of mine working in FIRS had to wait for 2 years before getting APL. Just pray that as the corporation is defining it's needs that they decide that we're needed.

my brother, believing bad news or assumptions is most people's defence mechanism towards expecting failure, just to cushion the effect, if any..so I don't blame them..na nnpc wen day carry people emotions play I blame..no news usually feels like bad news..until real news comes..let's be hopeful..

Everyone can write CBT or interview .But the release/resumption of the successful candidates that's what government is more concern about .

before the cbt is written I believe the government must already have a financial projection on how the employment process would go..they are not fool you know..theres always a plan..be it organised or not

Just a little info.

I think we shouldn't give up yet as I believe the process is still on. I spoke with one of the new GE yesterday. Though they have completed training in October, they are yet to complete their medicals and as such, yet to be posted. I asked of any info about EH, he specifically said nobody is giving them any update on it and that they are still doing internal interviews.

So, let's keep the hopes alive. I think the initiators of the recruitment were the ones that got it wrong. They ought to have done their due diligence internally before advertising for the vacancies.
