Any torrent site really. You just need a torrent client to handle the information. You can use an extension, or download through the torch browser since the torrent client is embedded.

You can do it in one step using the torch browser since it has a video grabber embedded. Works for youtube, facebook, dailymotion, ustream, and most any stream site. (Can also use it to download torrents).
