Applying for UK transit visa is not even an option for now.

Goodday Everyone,
Please i booked A FLIGHT from Lagos to winnipeg (British Airways). My itinerary is Lagos - London Heathrow and London Gatwick - Vancouver. Now i'm having a challenge cos in my flight itinerary i'm gonna need to change my airport when i get to London and it was recently i realized that and i was told i need to get a transit visa if i would be changing airport but i don't have a transit visa and my Flight is scheduled for on the 31st of august. Please is there anyone that can advise me on what to do or can help me out of this situation. Thank you
