That the increment in salary was part of the reasons for underground recruitment.

At NSC either u knw som1 there or not d first stage is submitting ur cv nd other things follow. If at all u r coming with recommendation letter u wil still submit cv.

Maybe u did not get what i said. Not against submitting cv. But just surprise that people still get job in such juicy agencies by just submitting cv without connections
