yes you can, with Tablet even with mobile phone, you can browse desktop site by navigating to your browser setting you will see what to do there, or for mobile phone if you are using dolphin browser, install the Add-on Call Desktop mode or desktop by default in Firefox and activate it, then you can access your browsing same with PC, Tab doesn't need any add-on to view desktop sites.
