Good day Ladies and Gentlemen,

Do you know that you can make cool cash on YouTube if you meet the requirements. If you have a YouTube channel which is easy to create with your Gmail address, and you have good videos on the channel, all you need is 1000 subscribe then you can set up your channel for monetisation.

To Subscribe on YouTube is free, all that is needed is a click.

As soon as your channel is up for monetisation, you will begin to see short advert at the beginning of your videos, at this point you will start making cool cash if the number of view hours is high.

Do you know that with Cooperation, we can come together and form a group where we will help ourselves by viewing and subscribing to our YouTube channels.

If you are in this with me, kindly drop a comment or your phone number so that I can add you to the WhatsApp group

I'm yet to create a YouTube channel, please can you suggest a good Android application for creating videos like text to be displayed while the speech is on

It was all fun when the lady artist Kofo, @queen_ayomikun who drew a portrait of DJ Cuppy, met DJ Cuppy and presented it to her during DJ Cuppy's song launch Abena which featured the likes of Ceeza Milli, Shaydee and Kwesi Arthur in Lagos.
Though, she was not only the artist present to deliver her portrait art, Khalid Lex Brown, @lexbrown69 also delivered a portrait of the billionaire's daughter. It was a fun moment for the artists.

Nairaland / General / Caught In Between Life And The Dreams In It by kpemmzy(m): 12:50am On Apr 19, 2019
Life, what could ever be cherished more than it? Whenever you look back to your long term dreams, how will you love to see life be happy about it.
You believe in life; you believe in freedom. I was with a female friend sometimes ago, and she asked me this question, why do you look confused and frustrated? All I could say I was waiting for the beauty of life to shine on me.

I really have this strong conviction that I can truly achieve whatsoever goals I have set for myself even down to the smallest. Dreaming is a little bit close to succeeding, but at some point dreaming is relative to smiling impossibilities. Most African youths are strong dreamers with great dreams yet not producing any fruitful yields. This phrase, “I can do it no matter the circumstances” can be linked to many youths that some it as a “blah blah statement”, but the positive aftermath of the affirmation will tend to attract others. Who don’t want to link up with success? Well the recent interview, where Aliko Dangote said he had to withdraw his money from the bank to confirm that he is actually wealthy, that is one of the biggest mind blowing experience every youths want to have. But it is so easy for the youths to forget that he had to pay the price of getting to the top. I can’t say a billionaire yet, but having the billionaire mindset is a great step ahead.
During childhood, most kids have the greatest fantasies that they are richest, they are the best doctors, engineers and soon. Such mindset is what the youths currently need now. Mindset is a starting point which you do not need money to buy rather you develop it through reading personal development books and materials, seek for a mentor’s advice and self-belief. Everyone wants their dreams to just come through without hard work or consistency. There should be some kind of grooming to make us better positioned to have that entrepreneurs’ mindset. Believing in possibilities is never a bad idea after all is leading towards achieving the dreams, ACTIONS; this word is part of making our dreams a possibility.
Remember, life started right from conception even before becoming a foetus, there was a fight for selection, that’s the moment your success starts. I see hope afresh in everything I do because it shows that success is achievable. Your actions and mindset are two great factors before financing any business venture. Even business magnates know that without having that success mindset and employing the right kinds of actions to their ventures can greatly disrupt their businesses. Steps to succeed in life are not baby-like but it is meant for the bold and courageous, please take note I am not making it look scary; that’s the truth in the simpler form. You are purpose-driven, stick to things that you feel passionate about and you know what life will give that which you deserve. When you settle for less, life is full of tricks; it even gives you lesser things you ever wanted. Why not make it a point to ensure that your mindset and actions are geared towards achieving more than you ever bargained for. Life is sweet when you see your dreams come to pass with positive results. See you at the top.
You could answer this question; no one wants to fail but everyone wants to succeed, what are those steps have you taken to succeed whether in business or your endeavors.
Kindly post your comments, questions and thoughts.

Family / Appreciating The Values Of Mothers by kpemmzy(m): 9:43pm On Mar 31, 2019
Mothers are of a great value, inestimable, lovable and home makers. Another mother’s day has come, which is celebrated globally every 31st of March, makes it a unique day to celebrate the strengths of the world. Possibly, the world won’t exist without them; the world was created with them and helped in procreating.

Every mother deserve an applause for their great contributions to a better world. Mothers are found in different fields and professions from human rights activism, entrepreneurship and leadership. Their roles however, cannot be overemphasized and even the human race is very aware of that.

For those reading this post can use this opportunity to celebrate their mothers, because without them there could be no better future. Hello, you can just pick up your cell phones, and dial their phone number and say these sweet words to her, “Mama, I love you, thank you for being such a great gift and also, for ever having me as your child. Thanks for the great care and love shown to me”.

Like, it is been said, “make a man of someone”, this have been a goal that most mothers will want to achieve and ensure that their influencing powers yields its fruits. Mothers are known for character and personality building of their children. Remember, that there is this popular saying that, “behind every great man, there is a woman”, but there is a twist, probably it can be rephrased as, “in every great man, we have a great woman”. Come on, no mother here on earth will not want her children become an important and valuable asset to the society. In fact, the prayers of every mothers is that their children become greater than them.

Right from conception, birth and growth process of their children, such kind of love and care shown by the mother is compared to none. The sleepless nights and late sleep, frequent cries and even when her child is ill, she never rest until her child is settled. Oh, how wonderful mothers could ever be to life, they are more than just home makers. You could pay salient attention to these few sentences: there is one job that someone does. The job will require you to be the first person to wake, the last person to sleep, the job will require you to carry all your problems along with the other people’s problems. The job will require you to place yourself last and put others first in all you do. The job will require you to run around to ensure everybody is okay. You will fix the mess of yesterday, you will be busy throughout today and you are thinking about sustaining tomorrow. At the end of this job, you will be paid nothing as salary or wages. In some cases, her job might or might not be appreciated. The above sentences illustrates the summary of the things a mother does to ensure the smooth running of her home. A woman’s work is never done, she is stronger, better even with the challenges she faces on a daily basis. It will be pretty cool for mothers to be celebrated on a daily basis globally and not just on this special day.

HAPPY MOTHERS’ DAY TO ALL STRONG, BETTER MOTHERS OUT THERE.

Nairaland / General / One Of Africa's Great: Thomas Sankara by kpemmzy(m): 4:46pm On Mar 18, 2019
Facts about Thomas Sankara

Renamed Upper Volta to Burkina Faso, meaning "The land of the Upright Man"
Became a President at his early 30s
Women were given top government positions during his reign.
He was the first African President to recognize HIV/AIDS as a serious health issue.
Thomas Sankara known as one of Africa’s young and great leader who had to offer a selfless leadership to the people of Burkina Faso.
Though I was not born when he assumed the office neither when he died, but through the various biographies I was opportune to read and watch about him, I feel he was more than just a leader but a follower of followers. In the real sense, there are never a perfect being not to even talk of a leader who will be faced with both several internal and external pressures.

He showed that adopting a particular ideology is not only necessary but implementing such will yield a great result. Though, he was a Pan-Africanist and Marxist to the core and his supporters refer to him as an iconic figure of revolution who is charismatic and sometimes referred to as Africa’s own “Che Guevara”. Even when the colonial master felt they have control over the country by offering aid, when he said “he who feeds you, controls you”, that which is true. Having a self-dependent economy which main focus was on improving the healthcare, educational and agricultural sector where he really achieved great success. But something is very interesting about him that made him stood out amongst other African leaders. That which is the strong belief of success through high confidence on himself and his followers. He lived a life of I am not the only human being, which leader currently in Africa who can say that he/she is selfless in rendering a positive leadership to his subjects on a win-win situation.

The great Thomas used his ideology to transform the economy situation, even though he had to reduce his and other government official salaries, cut air fleet expenses by ensuring that the government officials make use of economy class in air flights. “There are many Sankaras out there so there is no need of having my statue so said by Thomas Sankara.

Possible Lessons African Youths Can Learn

Its sounds more like a story to our ears but there are far more lessons to learn from the great Sankara, from building to keeping relationships, developing that needed self-confidence and driving out the lazy attitude from the young minds.

BUILDING AND KEEPING RELATIONSHIPS

He had a close friend who later turned to his greatest rival. If I may ask what sought of friends do you keep? How do they help you to achieve your potentials? Blaise Compaoré was a friend of Thomas Sankara who together were of the same school of thought, but external forces acted upon through Blaise, convinced him to turn his back against Sankara. The clear picture of it all, Sankara had an enemy base within and outside his government. But he knew his enemies were close to carry out their plans, a week before he was assassinated, he said this, “while revolutionaries as individuals can be murdered, you cannot kill ideas”. Building relationship must not be based on the external expression, it requires studying and knowing how such a friend will assist you even to the very end.

DEVELOPING THAT SELF-CONFIDENCE

The idea of “I can’t or I will not be able to do it” is supposed to be a thing of the past. Taking over a crippled economy ridden by huge debts was overturned due to actions taken by him and his people. Self-reliance, he felt was lacking and he came to revive that spirit in his people, telling them and carried out the necessary steps to show that being self-confidence is high amongst Africans. Believing in yourself is the goal that no one can achieve for you. What do you stand for? How confident are you that you can achieve whatsoever do put your hand to do?

DRIVE OUT THE LAZY ATTITUDE

Thomas Sankara, once said “our country produces enough to feed us all. Alas, for lack of organization, we are forced to beg for food aid. It’s this aid that instills in our spirits the attitude of beggars”. Permit me to say that Thomas Sankara was an entrepreneur, he was innovative and enterprising, great ideas emanating from a political leader. He made use of what was available to ensure food insufficiency, lack of medical care and facilities, construction of railways and road networks. He made the men, youths and even women to be engage in doing something to avert poverty, deaths and even to boost the economic development of the country. The African youths are not lazy, even with whatever we have made available to us, turns out to be useful to all. He is an industrious model, Sankara have the high belief in his people, but was assassinated at an early age. Afripreneurs should see him as a role model, worthy of emulation. Now, how many are willing to be the Thomas Sankara of this present African generation?

Africa belongs to all, building the Africa we want requires great steps to be achieved with hands on deck, success is a possibility.
