She does not need to be a CIC staff to understand it. Spend some time over the next draws (or study previous draws carefully) understanding how it works before providing such info. We have high standards for accurate information on this thread. Ifakiland:

Thou shalt not decide whether thou shalt get a score or not. To get or not to get is not the question.
Whence thou submit thine PPR script/story, thou get a score automatically. 'Tis an automated rule.
Thou haff score 7/10, but because thou care not greatly for thine score, 'Tis now 6.5/10
Go ye therefore and prosper in Canada. Igbeba1: Made a new account to post this to protect my identity from my workplace. Not sure I will login to this account, so hopefully nobody asks too much questions. However, if you ask questions I'd try to answer but may not be timely. Not doing this for the scoring but to help people get an idea of how they too can go about their submissions (particularly concerning gift deed and wife change of name)

Hmm! I am not sure that LOE will be sufficient going by past precedence. See picture attached, the man in question has gotten PPR but at the time he reported the issue on his blog early this year, he could not get access to his daughter. After that CIC warning, he was later lucky enough to trick the mother into allowing the daughter join him for vacation and that was how he was able to get her medicals, although unaccompanying. No two application is the same. Perhaps LOE alone might work for your brother so he can try it if he likes and might return here to positively testify. It might also get sore for him as he might not get a warning but a straight rejection at R10 completeness stage, it really depends on the VO. But medicals are a core requirement, CIC rarely bend their rules on such. Loe without medicals is risky but then they say "the greater the risk, the higher the returns" ![cheesy](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/cheesy.png) Goodluck Flopretty:
Thank you for the response.
Let me inform you that the ex-wife is not aware at all that my brother is doing any Canada immigration stuff, so the thought that she suspecting that he's planning to travel with the child is not there at all. My brother is only bothered about including the child name in the application so as to make it easy to bring him to canada later especially for University education which i believe the mother will not mind then, although the child is just 5years now and my brother does not want to travel with the child now honestly.
He is now thinking of submitting the application without including the medical report for the child but wish to add LOE for it. Does it make any sense? Can it fly without any problem?

What an interesting write-up. Congrats on your ITA, almost thought I was reading a PPR story, looking forward to it. Wish you speedy processing. All the best. boco2126: I started writing this ‘’epistle’’ in the last days of February 2019 with a created profile and score of 450 (whic was almost a giving at that time) for a family of three, thinking our ITA was only few days away… little did I know that things would take a different turn in the coming days building up till this moment – 15th May 2019, (almost three months after) when we finally have our ITA (sorry, we did not even get the ITA that day too ).
the best on this journey. Sorry for the lengthy post (this is a summary I tell ya), the blogger in me just wants to keep writing but I’ll continue after PPR soonest by God’s grace.

Read page 1 and CIC website to clearly understand the process. Then only you can decide if you need to come back to Nigeria to complete the process. For instance, we can't tell if you have a babe in naija and decide to return to marry at some point to add her post-AOR. Or return briefly to convince a Naija funder in person. Those are hypotheticals. Point is only you can decide these things depending on how the process fits your circumstances. Higherground1: Would they at any point ask me to come back to Nigeria to complete the process?

Im rushing cos im at work oo.... I used 100% gift deed from parents as POF, attached the affidavit, bank ref letter(not in CIC format), 6 months acc statement only. Work experience was NYSC, attached my statement of acc showing payment from my ppa (state ministry) and ref letter from the ministry which was stamped and signed by my supervisor only. Im grateful and I believe that our hustle must pay off.

Thank you for your sweet encouraging words and thanks for checking in on us once in a while. I missed your Je m'appelle tags ![grin](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/grin.png) I appreciate you Hope life in Canny good and you're pushing through. All the best. Ramj: Congrats to all IELTS acers. And finally for those waiting for PPR those waiting for PPR hmmmmmmmm In the words of M. Scott Peck (Paraphrased by me)
Life (like the wait for PPR) is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths. It is a great truth because once we truly see this truth, we transcend it. Once we truly know that life (like the wait for PPR) is difficult-once we truly understand and accept it- then it is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life (like the wait for PPR) is difficult no longer matters.”
So while waiting don't put your life or plans or ambitions on hold, keep living for PPR will come and as some will say it will come when it will come.

Great that you are prepared for ITA. All the best to you @bolded In a society where you are paid per hour, every second matter. Time is money and dollar bills rule as king. Also as a new arrival in the overwhelming process of integrating in a new country and continent, worrying about job, housing, drivers licence, socio-cultural and psychological reorientation, family integration etc, the least on your mind is express entry nairaland thread ![grin](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/grin.png) Holar0000: Good mornin fellow NL members. I have been on this Canada matter since 2017 but wasn’t serious. Right now ehn, I am over ready. We are a family of 3; hubby, myself and our daughter
So far, I believe these are the two things we need to do to enter the pool. If we get all things right, we should have a crs of 472. I see the points have been coming down hopefully it favours us. Please all our seniors that have left for Canada, why are they all soooooo busy na na so Canada hard reach? 4 Likes 1 Share |
