If Endgame had a happy ending ...
Imagine if there were 5 years between the release of Infinity War and Endgame because of the virus . And if theatres were closed for 5 years along with everything else.

I'm mixed on First Class but agree on Days of Future's Past being on that high level.

Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix are meh though
It's the opposite for me. First class is incredible even after several rewatch, Dofp was okay when I first watched it and got worse whenever I rewatch it.

Barely halfway into the second episode and I feel like tossing my laptop out the window. In God's name, what was the reason for cutting Medusa’s invincible hair or for even doing this without having the fantastic four? Nawa oo angry
Why do this to yourself?

Actually, your talent speaks for you..if you are talented enough and show it you would always be called on for these kind of projects..
Tell that to all the women who refused to sleep with Harvey Weinstein and got blacklisted from Hollywood.

Acting ain't errythang.... Bale as Batman isn't nearly as iconic as Chris Reeve as Supes despite being a better actor ..

Sometimes sheer presence trumps character acting chops.

Coronovirus will be a thing of the past by Summer. Oddly enough...this might be a huge boost to Black Widow, as it's becoming one of the few "big" movies to see. The worry is the delay on OTHER films and Disney Plus shows because of all this.

Do you think Marvel could do something like the movie 1916? Like a war film in one continuous take?

Imagine how cool a Captain America movie would be if it was like that? Or the Invaders
One continuous take? How would Marvel Studios, as they would include a mid credits scene and a post credits scene.

Disney should take a lesson or 2 from Sony on how to make cinema

Do you think the MCU iteration of the Fantastic Four would work better as a movie in theaters or a Disney Plus show? I was leaning more towards a movie but television has undoubtedly caught up to movies when it comes to VFX if you look at shows like Star Trek: Discovery, Game Of Thrones; or even Lost In Space those have pretty much cinematic level production values on par with some of the most fancy looking movies today, imo. I think it’s possible to pull off FF properly on television now. I could kind of see a Doctor Who-ish type of FF show with a big budget.

While I ultimately prefer FF to be done as a movie I do think there’s a case to be made that perhaps it’d better if they didn’t get a movie and just got a Disney Plus show instead since television allows you to dive deeper into the characters since you spend more time with them than a two hour movie.

After the failure of the Green Lantern movie, DC is doing a HBO Max Green Lantern show and there’s no question they will invest in a lot of money into making look and feel like a feature film. Unlike Green Lantern, Fantastic Four has had three live-action movies that were released in theaters to overall poor reception so maybe Marvel might be tempted to do something different with the FF. However, just because Marvel may realize the MCU version of the FF as a television show doesn’t preclude them from being in a MCU movie eventually. After all, Ms Marvel, and She-Hulk are going to make their MCU debuts in the television format but Feige has made it no secret they will appear in the movies.

So The FF can still appear on the big screen even if Marvel ends up doing them as a Disney Plus show since the Disney Plus shows(unlike the Netflix shows) heavily tie into the MCU. So Marvel can have its cake and eat it too.

Movie. A streaming show would just look way cheaper compare to a mcu movie.

Apparently, Disney may be getting the rights to the Defenders ( Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist) early from Netflix:

Marvel Reportedly Getting The Rights To The Defenders Back In Early 2020

Marvel Could Start Getting Its Netflix Heroes Back This Year

Though apparently, Disney also considering a film with the comic book version of the Defenders:

Defenders: The MCU May Be Assembling the Original Team

What do you guys hope to see from either Defenders team?
I don't see them doing the Defenders, let alone name a movie after it.

Considering we literally have zero confirmed transgender MCU characters at this point, the drama in this thread doesn't make a whole lot of sense
