Please, has anybody received their Survey plans yet?
If I finish paying today, can I honestly expect my plan and deed in 2 months like you mentioned before?

The names of the first batch of allottees (57 subscribers) have been sent to the Bureau of Lands & Survey's Office (Ogun State Government) for approval. This was done towards the end of January 2012, after the '#Occupy Nigeria protests'.
The government office told us to expect these Survey Plan release by April 2012. This duration is longer than the normal practice (2 months maximum), but our hands are tied and we just have to bear with them.

We are hoping to get these Survey Plan by April 2012. When we do, we will then send the next batch immediately. So to answer your question, if you finish paying today, we will include your name to the next batch which would be sent to the government office by April 2012. By then, we are hoping their mode of operation must have improved so that people can get their survey as early as expected.
