Education / Student's Problems In Nigeria by lastbornop: 6:46pm On May 23, 2021
Hello Nairalanders,

I am currently working on a research topic to uncover students problems in Nigeria that can be solved by technology.

Please can you share you experience

Let me guide your thought with these questions:

1. What were those situations you had in school that could have easily been resolved with technology?
2. If you have your way, how best would you have resolved the issue?
3. What form of technologies that is available now could have helped you then?
4. If you are a student presently at any level, how would you resolve present issues in your campus/hostel/department/ personal life with technology?

Thank you smiley wink
Good bless you

Well as for this course. I haven’t seen anyone with a candid information about it. We only heard about it when the Compunet guys told us about it after our BCS exam in Lagos. They said it gets a favorable evaluation but we are yet to see anyone come forward to validate this.

This Hugh spike is desperation on people's part to be above certain score and as such everyone starts adding extra certificates, experiences et al just to meet up. Forgetting its ripple effect overtime.

The more we keep adding al these, the more the score keeps going up and up....

Or they are simply trying to make it harder to get ITA

I stand to be corrected though

Iphiegrace:
Back to back draw will Favour even those in the 450s range. We keep praying.
450 used to be hot cake last year and early this year, I don’t know what spiked the score so sudden.
It was 440 last year
This year should at least stay 450

God Abeg o

From the look of things it may enter 500 befor 2021

Thanks

Samseens:

It's easier to go for BCS Certificate in IT. I think it'll add about 33 points to your scores. The exam is taken twice every year. March and September. I did mine this September and the results should be out by December. You can visit their site to know more about the exams. It's about IT, but you don't need to have IT background if you can learn. https://www.bcs.org is the website to know more.
