OyoTunjiUSA:

Hey 🤠

1. Since the VISA says you can enter and leave the USA, yes you can do so and as long as you leave the United States before the expiration of the VISA, yes .

2. But by that September that you plan to travel , If your Travel Passport is also going to expire in 3 months time then the answer is NO

3. Because you need to have at at least 6 months time on your Travel Passport before expiration to travel out of your home country or UK .

* By September, your USA visa validity remains 3 months ..Your Travel Passport remains 6 months or more to expire. Yes you are eligible to travel.

* By September, your USA visa validity remains 3 months .... Your Travel Passport remains less than 6 months to expire. No you are not eligible.

Best Wishes 🙏

Thank you very much for your response. My Nigerian passport will expire in 2030 but my US visa will expire in December 2024.

I haven't traveled to the US since I got the visa but planning to go to the US in September 2024 because it will expire in December 2024. Please can I still travel in September because it will remain 3 month to expire by then. Thank you.

No. Lawrence is my friend and he told me this morning that he got a solution to his issues on this thread. So he advised me to register on this thread this morning to ask my question here. We are together but my phone is off so am using his account to view responses at the moment because I don't have battery on my phone. I don't want to log his account out on his phone. That is why. He said this forum has been helping people. Thanks

Thank you ekpotek. Please what do you think I can do to make the application a successful one? Though I was single when I went to U.K. as a religious worker but I am married now. I also have land sale agreement for the land I bought before I got married. Is it okay as I want to support my salary payment with payslips from my workplace because the narration on our bank statement used to show MARCH 2017 SALARY XYZ NIGERIA LIMITED but it is paid in cash. Though I used to read on this thread that one can still spend like 2x of ur salary. Another question is this pls. . Can I apply for 2years or I should apply for 6 months. And hope those other little amount entering my account is not bad. SORRY MY PHONE IS OFF AND AM USING MY FRIEND'S ACCOUNT TO REPLY TO UR MSG BECAUSE HE INTRODUCED ME TO THIS FORUM THIS MORNING. THANKS

Good morning house. I am a silent reader of this forum and I thank everyone for the way God has used you to solve people's problems. Please I have an issue which I need your quick response on. My passport is used to buy PTA in the bank but am not traveling to anywhere at the moment but I want to apply to the UK embassy in Nigeria. When the PTA of $4000 was bought my passport was stamped in the bank that I bought PTA. My question is this. Hope the UK embassy will not ask me question about the PTA stamp from my bank. I mean if they won't refuse my application based on that because I did not travel. Bear in mind that I don't have any visa available on my passport at the moment. Again the account I want to present to the UK is different from the account I used to buy PTA. I am a salary earner earning 220k after tax. Thanks for your time.
