UK Visas & Immigration has now assessed your UK visa application and made a decision. Your documents and the decision will be sent back to the either the UK Visa Application Centre where you applied, where we will contact you by email over the next few days to collect them, or if you are using the courier return service, will be sent directly back to the address you provided.

Please note that Teleperformance does not know the outcome of the assessment and has played no role in the decision-making process.

when you make enquiry to know the status of your application they do not tell you if you visa has been approved or not they just tell you your application has been processesd

That a decision has been made without it stating that your application has been approved and visa issued.

Most times if you receive that kind of mail, there is high probability you were not given the visa. But dont loose hope yet. You could be fortunate.

i am up for it, just tell me the date and time, cos they are not handling things in a professional manner

kennyrule: Is there a way we all that applied at teleperformance can storm their office together on a certain day and ask to talk to someone? There is power when 3 or more people go there together to complain about the same thing. Please I am ready to go there on Monday as it would be the 14th working day for me. I don't want to have to wait forever. Registration and resumption has already been missed.
Anyone interested in this should reply and let's have a head count.
If you can come with parents too that would be better.

am in the same boat with you submitted mine on the 27th of August, dont bother going there it's a waste of time i was there yesterday and they were not helpful, lets just pray next week the passport gets to them

I submitted my documents on the 29th of august 2014 at TelePerformance Visa application center in Victoria island but up till now I haven't received my tier 4 visa yet and at d moment I have missed my course start date. The status of my application on the tracking website hasn't changed since that date although I received a mail that day of d interview dat my documents has been sent for consideration. Just received double email from our Teleperformance people, passport returned and ready for collection. I'm invading there first thing in the morning. Anticipating the good news!

i am happy for you. I submitted my application on the 27th of August and i am still waiting, called UKVI today and they said my application has been processed. should I just to Teleperformance since it is 15 working days already. My school resumes tomorrow
