The power plant has neither been commissioned or mentioned anywhere as generating power to the national grid. Obviously, the government cannot build all the power plants at the same time but from the pictures shown, serious work has been carried out and further investigation reveals that the plant has also be slated for privatization and a preferred bidder has been selected with an agreed price of $415,075,000. If no serious work is on ground I don't think any firm will bid for the plant.
There is so much misinformation and everyone needs to do a second check to confirm any information out there because politicians are so desperate to get votes by whatever mean. we really need to be careful. I really don't know the intention of the poster seriously.

I'm really shocked by some of the comments posted here. What's wrong is wrong and the truth will remain what it's despite the personality or circumstance. We must learn to focus on the issues and not personalities. Whether, it's buhari or jonathan we must be ready to stand up for the truth and be bold enough to confront falsehood wherever its comes.
