I remember i had to learn swimming, read more books, play more video games, start textceeing/rapping just to find something to replace the smoking ish. Now, i haven't had a smoke in five years. I even stopped alchohol last year, although i wasn't addicted to it but keep opting for a healthier lifestyle

If you can be disciplined enough to stop it for three weeks to one month...would be easier to resist going forward.
