About God allowing people to kill themselves as a simple answer. to it, just like government does not allow people to kill people without facing prosecutor in a court of law after the act ,same way does God will not allow people who kill people without facing judgement and prosecution on judgement day.

Through out the life time of the Islamic prophet (peace be upon him) the wars in fought were no more than 27 or there about ,and it is clearly recorded that he didn't kill anyone nor ordered the killing of the Jews as you claimed how much more a thousand Jews.
I guess your brain switched off and mistook our dear prophet for Adolf Hitler who incinerated more than a million Jews .
