Business / Www.fmptr.com Is A Scam Site. Be Warned.... by Maamay: 10:48pm On Jul 02, 2012
***CAUTION A SCAM SITE ! *** http://www.ptc-investigation.com/fmptr.aspx
FMPTR.COM is a scam site and will be added to the Not Recommended List. Here are the combined reasons why:

1. A "Get Paid Solutions" - Check the host. If it says hosted by getpaidsolutions, 9 times out 10, it is a scam. This host refuses to remove scam sites and does not respond to complaints. They are on our PTC Hall of Shame for endorsing scams. http://www.ptc-investigation.com/fmptr.aspx

2. The pay for a simple task - No one is going to pay you $50 to do a simple task like reading a email or clicking an ad. Scammers use high rates per click to draw in victims to their scam. Stay away from high rate per click sites. None of them pay, if they do, they go bankrupt fast

3. No Forum - Sites that don't have them don't welcome feedback about their program. Forums can be a excellent asset to many sites since proof of payment can be posted freely by members. This site does not have one.

4. Whois Private - Hidden ownership in site registration is not a indicator of a scam, however having the whois hidden can make people doubtful about a site legitimacy. Some owners will opt to have their info hidden for privacy and security reasons. Which is within their rights to do so, but it is also within people's rights to be doubtful of sites that hide such info. Especially those that take in money from upgrades and purchases.

5. Fake Payment Proofs - Search the web, can you find any reputable person posting proof about getting paid? Only the site is posting proof which is obviously fake. When a owner posts proof and you can't find a single proof on the web from others then most likely the site is posting fake proofs.

Think about it... you were paid thousands of dollars, wouldn't you be posting proof on blogs and forums to get more referrals?

FMPTR is a scam and will not be recommended. My advise to readers is to stay away from these type of sites. If it offers to pay over 2 cents per click then it is going to be a scam. Do not get suckered into these schemes due to the higher rates per click. They do not pay.

If anyone would like to share their experience that they had with this site, whether it is good or bad, feel free to do so in our comment section at the end of this review. For more info read our disclaimer page.
