Exactly, they use their own discretion. Sometimes you will be surprised with questions you are asked in interviews and it's just to disqualify you. Maybe you have answered all their questions correctly and one of the interviewers has an ulterior motive. Those who have attended interviews very well will understand me better.

I was interviewed by a company and it was obvious I performed excellently. After I was recommended to the head of the department as the best candidate, he demanded to interview me by himself for a second stage. I answered all his questions correctly and performed better but because he wasn't willing to employ me probably he had a choice candidate, he now asked me a question which was out of context and I couldn't answer it. At that point he said we will get back to you. I never heard from them again.

Stop believing all these lies bro. Truly government jobs don't pay very well but it's not as low 42k for entry level. And don't forget that pays differ with ministries and most times people in local government secretariat are paid lower than others while people in internal revenue, health and judiciary get paid better.

my wife did hers too today, i called her and she told me the same thing, she was kind of worry that one of the panelist asked her why she has to copy it from he phoner and she replied him that she needed to be sure of the account number, that since she does little little business she does not just give acc detail off hand.

I guess the question is also part of the screening. Whether you already have an account or not, they will open another one for you if you are employed. That questions is just to screen people out. Those who don't know their account details off hand might be disqualified. Just thinking O!

It's a marketing role for a telecommunications company. You will get clients in estates and make them subscribe for their internet services. You have a 4% commission on every transaction plus a monthly salary of 40k. I didn't accept the offer tho.

You have to recall any point concerning the current administration you want to work with on your essay. For instance;
"I will love to sacrifice my sweat for the Kaduna state administration for many good foundations it has made along the way like; the new system introduced for competent teachers recruitment which is seen as modern method of testification in employment.

Guys don't you think the cut off mark might be set according to the performance in each batch? For instance, if the largest percentage of those who wrote say on Friday by 8:00am-8:40am scored between 50% and 55%, they might say the cut off is 50%. Do you get?

Ok. I guess the cut off varies with the cadre. I just confirmed from the person now that he applied for mid-level. Maybe the cut off for entry level was higher.
