I believe it's written in the stars for Osimhen to win the scudetto and leave Napoli, cause I don't see this Napoli team replicating their amazing seria A run next season. Even Kvaratskhelia seems like an overrated player to me to be honest. 10 Likes 3 Shares |

If this was APCs way of "getting back" at Obi for how their druggie sick gorilla got exposed ans trended on a more global scale, then this clowns have to be the biggest idiots ever ![]() ![]() ![]() So why are APC pigs rejoicing like they got one back, it's not Obi who is globally trending for shady drug links all over the world ![]() ![]() ![]() 6 Likes 1 Share |

If nothing else will motivate Imo people to come out en masse and not only vote out Uzodinma come November but also defend their votes ALL AT COST even if it means death, then I don't know what else will motivate them. APC tyranny in Imo ends this November gubernatorial elections, it will be bloody cause Uzodinma will fight dirty, but one man can't defeat a community. If it means hiring youths with guns to defend every polling units then so be it. The most important thing for Imo people to do is nominate a popular candidate under LP, and ensure no factions emerge, a very strong and popular candidate for LP must be selected from the primaries. |

This comes only few days after Chimamanda's letter to the US about the fraudulent election, there are people you just don't mess with. |

I wish the students return safely and those terrorists wiped out, but I have completely desensitized myself from any and everything relating to Nigeria sociopolitical situations at this point. I'm just enjoying my life here in Yankee with my beautiful Russian girl, Nigeria can implode for all I care. |

They've completely succeeded in DISTRACTING Nigerians from the real issues of our politics- which is how they somehow bullied and scammed their way into power once again with a same faith ticket...trust me a Christian/Christian presidential ticket will NEVER see the light of day anytime soon cause the same proponents of this illegality will resist it. Unfortunately for Obi, he's the only one who has the balls to challenge the status quo and bring to the front burner the fault-lines of this nation. PDP that were supposed to be the opposition party are useless, they are now subtly cowering down while instigating from the sidelines, they've shamelessly allowed a once "structure-less" party that only gained national traction few months take up the mantle of opposition by confronting the gestapo style of government APC have unleashed on this nation. But to what end? the outcome from all of this is that Obi will remain the only Igbo politician so far who was brave enough to contest for the presidency of a nation that has unapologetically formed a power bloc sharing formula between the Muslim North and SW (as FFK arrogantly alluded himself), what this means is that Nigeria will always remain divided with disgruntled people everywhere, hate and bigotry will take precedence, and it will take divine intervention for the wounds to heal. But in all you've got to give it to APC, they masterfully pulled a wool over the eyes of Nigerians by using Obi as a decoy to hide their atrocities by using distraction tactics to heat up the polity while the real issues plaguing this nation remain unaddressed; in hindsight, I somewhat wish Obi never contested for the office of president. 1 Like |

Note that Jubril A. Gawat is a senior special Assistant to the Lagos state government, he cordially received the same Eze Frederick in his office just few weeks ago...if you have a brain, connect the dots and see the bigger picture. https://twitter.com/MikaelCBernard/status/1642242597967020032?t=vU4vURFBXgMeXDo2XsUyKg&s=19 |

The whole theatrics and drama about inviting "IPOB" to Lagos was all part of the APC blueprint to heat up the polity, these people are VERY dangerous, Nigerians must be aware what they are up against. I bet the Eze is somewhere grinning from ear to ear after seeing the alert he received in his account for a stunt well done. It's time to vigorously resist propaganda with more vicious counter-propaganda. https://twitter.com/Mr_JAGs/status/1102856004428017664?t=zDFX_j78xXw85qk_Utzxvw&s=19 1 Like

GenSpecifics:If you truly know the story of Victor Banjo and his shady roles in the January coup including during the war, you wouldn't hold him to such high standards or make him look like some yoruba martyr or "victim" as your tribal Igbophobic sentiments dictate...but then this is the sort of palpable ignorance you see from people with single digit IQs when our government failed to include history with all its facts in our school curriculum. It's a waste of time even having intelligent conversations with bigots who have already made up their minds on one recycled narrative. |

TheSuperNerd: Apparently your coach, the NFF and a section of Nigerian fans think Nwakali isn't good enough to walk into that midfield, but Aribo,Ndidi, and Onyeka are world class enough to be starters smh 3 Likes 1 Share |

The midfield and defence from the core of that U20 team under Bosso would have done a better job than the benchwarming deadweights we paraded (save for Iwobi). Daga, Onuche, Jude Sunday, Ogwuche, Benjamin Fredericks and even our No 10 (I think Amunu is his name) should be added to the senior team and the likes of Ndidi, Aribo etc permanently dropped. While at it the likes of Orban, Victor boniface, Nwakali, Akinsanmiro, Nathan Tella and Akpom must be integrated into this team going forward...the only players that should be kept from this present crop are Osimhen, Iwobi, Bright Osayi Samuel, Aniagboso, Ebuehi and Ola Aina. Integrate the players I mentioned from the U20 set to this crop of players we should build the team around and then get in a Nigerian coach to manage this new core of players. Maybe we can look at the Remo stars coach? he has some exciting projects going with Remo stars...otherwise let's just take our chances with Finidi? it sucks we suffer from a dearth of quality Nigerian coaches. If the Nigerian coaches aren't delivering, then we should try one of those South African or North African coaches within the continent...teams like Orlando Pirates, Wydad,Zamalek etc all play fantastic brands of football under their local coaches, they can bring that quality to a new look Nigerian team. Players we should build around going forward: Attack Osimhen (make him the freaking captain as it appears he's the only one that cares) Moffi Gift orban Victor Boniface Chukwueze (he should be on probation) Chuba Akpom( he can effectively play the creative forward role as he does at Middlesbrough) Nathan Tella (effectively replaces Musa and Moses Simon on the wings) Players that should be phased out in that attack are: Simon Moses, Onuachu, Musa, and Iheanacho and maybe Lookman if he keeps stinking up the joint. Players we should build around in Midfield: Midfield Iwobi Daniel Daga (U20) Nwakali Akinsanmiro Eletu Onuche (U20) Jude Sunday (U20) Eberechi Eze (England seems very unlikely for him, we now stand a better chance than before) Lesley Ugochukwu (France is super stacked) so let's make a concerted move for this kid. Ayaosi (a midfield gem in the NPFL). Onyedika Alhassan Yusuf Players in midfield that should be moved along: Ndidi, Aribo, Onyeka, Etebo. Players in defence/full back we should build around: Defence Benjamin Frederick (u20) Ogwuche (U20) Solomon Agbalaka (U20) Bruno Onyemaechi Osayi Bright Samuel Ola Aina Ebuehi Olisa Ndah Igor Ogbu Players to be placed on probation: Bassey, Akpoguma, Zaidu, Ekong. Goal keepers to build around: Arthur Okonkwo Chijioke Aniagboso Adeleye Any decent shot stopper we can find in the fringes of Europe. probation: Uzoho, Maduka. Manager: Any of Finidi, bring back Oliseh if possible, or any top African coach doing well within in North Africa. Cc: TheSuperNerd What do you think? 1 Like 1 Share |

The Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, sitting in Abuja, on Friday, ordered that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, should be served with copies of petitions seeking to nullify his election, through substituted means. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/03/breaking-court-orders-service-of-petitions-on-tinubu-through-apc/ 29 Likes

Sharing nationhood with Northerners and their yoruba Muslim lackeys is the strangest and most forced union ever, we share absolutely nothing in common as people. As a matter of fact, I feel more compatriotship with someone from Cameroon, Liberia and even Ghana as an Igbo man than a Northerner from far-flung Sokoto, Kastina etc or a yorubaa entity from Osun, Oyo, Ekiti etc...it's only the core Lagosians from other tribes I can easily bond with when I'm in the diaspora due to the cosmopolitan nature of Lagos. Honestly the hate and suspicion is just too much among the major ethnic groups in Nigeria, we can't even pretend to tolerate each other at thus point, I really the conversation about seriously restructuring this country once and for all is addressed. I would rather an Igbo man rules me in my tiny 5 state region, at least if he messes up, we can all either all sink together as one people, or rebuild together as one people. I'm genuinely tired of being called a Nigerian tbh, if there was some way to naturalize with peaceful nations like Zambia or even Namibia, God knows I'll pay any amount to do so. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

OlawaleBammie:Antithetical balderdash, so running a Muslim/Muslim government isn't "divisive" enough abi? the problem with you Nigerians is hypocrisy laced with low IQ reasoning ![]() You can keep fooling yourselves though, Obi or no Obi every Igbo person according to you APC morons is by default "Ipob", the only reason the ones that agree to your interest aren't tagged ipob is just delayed aggression. That's why I laugh at Igbos who buy into your deceit just to be seen as "the good ones among them." 8 Likes |

Because he's pandering to the interest of APC, he's the next best Igbo man since sliced bread and wine was invented...until Umahi decides to run for presidency few years down the line, then they will remind him that he's "Omo Ibo" or "Ipob". Nigeria my country ![]() ![]() ![]() 12 Likes |

People get carried away by the Ellupee wave, and seem to forget Peter Mbah actually has a better track record of performance in both the public and private sector than Edeoga...we have to be careful not to allow the LP frenzy deny us better governance because we're blinded by emotions, any charlatan with no proven antecedents can easily contest for political office under LP because he/she is sure of getting massive votes. 13 Likes |

Ebonyi voted the individual not the party, as long as the governor elect continues on the legacy of Umahi, then it's a win for the South East, we don't care if he's in APC or even ANPP. Imo state gubernatorial election is in November, this is my state so I'm in a good place to tell you categorically that Uzodinma will have to use state-backed rigging to retain power, if LP or PDP in Imo merge together to produce a very strong and popular candidate (as is likely to be the case), then Uzodinma will need to beg the Angels in heaven and demons in hell to rig him into power, Imo state has suffered under APC and will definitely make a statement in a few months time. Only Ebonyi voted the most capable individual under APC and we're happy for them. 3 Likes |

vanitybutiwanti: Lol you hate "ethnic profiling" yet all the incorrigible rants in your post are replete with the same "ethnic profiling" you accuse me of, what an idiot! you obviously suffer from the mental illness syndrome of Igbophobia like your fellow low IQ animals in APC so no point wasting my time and internet bandwidth on you, I'm definitely certain my South South Brother aren't as daft as you are! If you're not aware about the massive rigging that happened in the House of assembly elections in Imo state, or the fact the HOA elections aren't the same as the gubernatorial election where more interests are at stake...then you're the biggest slowpoke I've ever had the displeasure of sharing my internet space with |

vanitybutiwanti:LMFAOOOO so it's Tinubu (whose presidency isn't even 100% assured yet with all the court drama) that will decide how the people of Imo state will vote their governor? or are you indirectly implying that Tinubu will help Uzodinma rig the election in Imo with violence and electoral malpractice like APC did with the presidential election? are you from Imo state to know the sentiments of the people? I don't know why I even engage you clowns here on Nairaland, someone will be in Ogbomosho and tell me how elections will go in my own state? I like your audacity sha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 |
