Contact Our Lawyer here. He is the best person to advice you here. I have used him before and he is quite transparent and will advise you accordingly. I once had this problem while i was abroad and wanted to buy a property and was having issues with my family members trying to send them money to sort out a property issue for me and i was frustrated with all the hanky panky and lies emantating from Nigeria then and luckily for me i stumbled upon Nairaland properties, read lawyers blogs, contacted him, (Although i was scared at first trusting someone i met through the internet) but to be honest its the wisest decision i have ever taken and i thank God a million times for directing me to him. Mr Jarus, how can you do a list of greatest Nairalanders and not include Lawyer? Do you know how many people log on all over the world just to read what lawyer has posted to educate and enlighten people? The how to register your company A-Z thread to me is the best post on Nairaland today and am sure everyone who read it gained more than enough from it and besides it was done selflessly which nobody has tried to explain properly before. Where is Lawyer?

I have mailed and called him but he isnt answering or responding to any of my Mails. Since he said he was walking away from the property Forum, we havent seen or heard from Him. This is strange! I hope he is okay. The property Forum has been quite boring for a while and all the advises and enlightening posts seems to be a thing of the past now. I hope all those that were calling him a fraudster are happy now. And isnt it funny that after these same set of people managed to descredit lawyer, they have also disappeared into thin air. Was this planned or what? They say a Messiah is never appreciated in his own Home and i guess we have finally realised that. I had an Argument with one busy body over lawyer and after pouring vitiroils and tearing lawyer apart lawyer, i was expecting her to be a substitute or provide someone to replace lawyer since she was convinced he was no good and a fraudster, she just disappeared too after her mission to descredit was complete. Why we like to bring ourselves down in this country is really baffling to be honest

I truely appreciate Lawyer and i have no regrets saying that because what he did for me was tantamount to saving me from the clutches of deciet when i had no idea of how to handle a property transaction especially in Ogombo and he did it all free and seeing people descredit the few good Nigerians we have for no just cause ticks me off. I will rebuke anyone who is about to make our lawyer go into hybernation because of some ill bred set of people on Nairaland. This is a young man i have met and i am extremely honored to say i know him and i am proud of knowing one of the few Nigerians i can point to as a reasonable honest man and extremely helpful without having the aura of demanding money for what he does. The truth is that he genuinely loves to help people and i am a living witness.

At first glance its puzzling to understand why Lawyer would want to behave like this all of a sudden because of a few crazy people but then again when you look at the kind of things that have been said against this Young Man's reputation that has been helping thousands of Nigerians world wide unknowingly, you will realise that its only Inhuman people that won't feel bad and un appreciated with these kind of posts.

Lawyer and some handful of people are about the only people who can post their adverts on nairaland.
I dont know why people who have better and much reasonable offers adverts are pushed down the debris.
It makes me wonder where is the love in this country if someone as educated as whoever moderates the property section allows people to advertise crap like old naira notes to post their properties yet hide invaluable information posted from established real estate agents like myself.
I have heard several complaints. I could only say: nairaland is owned by people from Ogun state. They are all the same. Hateful scums.

My advice is that this advert should be presumed as fraudulent until proven otherwise; I am not being cynical, just keeping it real. We all know how things roll in Nigeria.

How he came to the conclusion that the post is fraudulent without visiting it or investigating it is only left for aliens to comprehend

Am sure you are posting this info. in good faith. However, i heard from a reliable source that there are problems at OKUN MOPO. I heard the families (Land Owners) are fighting over the said area. This is from one of the people mitigating the issue.

I like the question lawyer asked him to show proof of the family that was fighting which the poster conviently ignored Our people can be something else atimes to just rubbish people for no just reason or cause

See madam, i am his number one fan because of what he did for me in getting my land in Ogombo that i am building happily. I lost a lot of money trying to secure a land to live in until i met this man and a day doesnt go by without me saying a quiet prayer for him. Contact the Nairaland Lawyer on this Forum. I will recommend him to anybody. Trust Me he is very very good. He helped me purchase a property in Ogombo Lekki when i contracted him for his services and i dont regret using him for one minute and if not because of him, i would have fallen victim of these land fraudsters . He is very thorough in his work and will advise you properly. It took me almost 4 months to buy a land i wanted because everyone that he investigated had problems on it and he advised me not to pay or throw my money away until he found the right one for me and sorted my legal land papers well and the funniest thing is that he wont be demanding for money from you until he completes his job. Thanks again for all this vital information you have stated regarding registration of companies. In fact, i dont know what i would have done without you. Every now and then these lawyers dont explain it the way it should be and it ends up confusing alot of people because it is something every future business man must do to provide for his own financial freedom. But i want to ask you for a favour on behalf of most nairaland members.

Having gone this far to educate us for nothing without expecting any reward, is there a chance you could help us especially young nairalanders register a company within budget? Alot of us would really want this kind of thing but the financial situation is making it difficult to gather all the fees together. Can we persuade you to do the registration within our budget for nairalanders because you will be doing all of us a great favour. I know you have stated that you wont state the fees here but is it possible to register a company in all totality for less than N50,000 especially for nairaland members because all the lawyers i have met have quoted very very huge sums to register a company even up to N100,000 flat fee and that's far far above our budgets.What can you do for us please?
