Yes I eventually rushed to speak to him when he stepped out of his office. He told one of his officers to write down our enrollment numbers and take us to Servicom office. They sha collected the list and asked us to come back the next week, but it still wasn't ready when I checked. They asked me to check again after one week, but I haven't had the time

I'm at Ikoyi passport office. The entrance to the PCO's office is now under lock and key. The security man has instructions as regards who to open for. I'm literally just waiting for the PCO to come out of his office so I can plead my case.
