A 2 bed that will have a parapet will almost cost as though you are building a duplex but roofed half way, but if you want a regular 2 bed, 2m can bring out the carcass.

Put it in mind that your intention is to have a roof over your head and not luxury, so do it at your own pace. During roofing take the estimated wood bills and get them in the market yourself. Once it's done,use daily used windows. You need to buy them and let the person putting them to work with their measurements. Please no be by force to plaster the house for outside, once you can plaster inside and floor the rooms, tile the sitting room, you are good to move in. The other rooms, you can tile each little by little. Just floor it lightly.

bro don't let them scare you with huge amount they are mentioning here I'm also building a 3 bedroom bungalow along side with 3 unit of self contained and 2 shops in front of it, if you look at what they are mentioning in regards to the money you would be discouraged but I'd advice you every month invest 100k or 50k in the project, it might take time but you would definitely get there.
