naijapips02:
So I did a little search on Google and found out that the crash scene captured actually happened in Mali on January the 22, 2019.

More evidence can be seen from the link below.

This whole thing is just suspicious. What is APC planning to gain from this?

Actually, that's not his chopper. That is a camoplaged chopper and I think that's Mali's camo. The chopper used was private. Do your findings well next time.

You wanna hear some lazy man investments?

Smiles... No...

First I started with affiliate marketing... I set it up while working full time. It took over a year to make $50.

The aim is to keep expenses to the barest minimum while working hard.

Once it started gaining traction. I veered off into blogging and started selling information products.

It wasn't hard to start earning $600 monthly.

I dived into Amazon kindle publishing...

End result was that within 6 months just clocking 25, I was there...

Then I already gain traction. Everything is now automated...

I still kept my 7 - 4 job.

The aim is to keep expenses very low. Do away liabilities like phones, shoes and new clothes and reinvest profit

I don't have any liquid assets, I love making my profits myself and saving the others.

Boss, would you mind to share one or two with me about infomarketing, I'm really looking forward to it. Thanks boss

Banana Island often called a Billionaires Haven is a place where the most expensive and luxurious mansions are situated.Celebrities, business moguls, politicians are known to live in Banana Island. They can afford them as their estimated net worth runs into millions of dollars. Today, we will talk about the celebrities in Banana Island.

P Square’s Mansion

Worth over 1.5 billion naira, the biggest music duo in Africa(I guess we can say before they did have a split) Peter and Paul Okoye of P-Square’s mansion is a beauty to behold. This celebrity house in Banana island is well furnished to perfect taste. There is a big and light living room, magnificent stylish kitchen, exquisite lounge, a pool and a private home cinema that makes the home a luxurious comfort for the duo, their brother and manager Jude along with their wives and children.

With state of the art designs and a high luxury finishing, this mansion in Banana island will just make you want to work harder. Their estimated net worth of $128million affords them the purchasing power to own these mansions. The twins also have beautiful houses in Atlanta and California.

Linda Ikeji’s Mansion

The most popular blogger and successful businesswoman, Linda Ikeji owns one of the houses in Banana Island. Her house is estimated to worth about ₦500million. Her house is one of the most popular celebrity house in Banana Island as a result of the popularity of her gossip and controversial blog (which cost $12million so far) and a networt of about $40 million. Named by Forbes as the richest blogger in Nigeria in 2016, her blog receives a monthly page view of about 26 million from different countries in the world.

The interior of the 700m2 detached house is tastefully furnished. The mansion(which I nicknamed The glass ville) has three floors with six bedrooms en-suite, two living rooms, a media room and a cinema room among other rooms.

Mike Adenuga’s Mansion

Business mogul, Dr. Mike Adenuga, the second richest man in Nigeria according to Forbes magazine. His business includes the telecommunication company, Globacom, Conoil, Equatorial trust bank which was merged with Sterling Bank and many others. Unbelievably, this mansion is worth over ₦8billion. Now that’s some money there.
The billion naira estate consists of 8 duplexes and an additional one for his personal residence with a home office, two watch towers for a beefed-up security, a mosque, a church and a multipurpose hall that sits about 200 people.

Properties / Banana Island- A Wonderful Creation Of Late Chief Adebayo Adeleke by mayour16(m): 3:43pm On May 12, 2018
Banana Island, is an artificial island off the foreshore of Ikoyi, Eti-Osa, Lagos, Nigeria. It’s often called Billionaires Haven. It is a place where the most expensive and luxurious mansions are situated. It was created to attract attention to the country, and I can say it did archive this aim. Several leading Nigerian and International corporates such as - Etisalat Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, Ford Foundation Nigeria and Olaniwun Ajayi & Co - are based on Banana Island. A plot of land in Banana Island could cost hundreds of millions of naira and to rent and apartment costs nothing less than millions of Naira also. The properties in this island are usually sold for billions of naira or sometimes in dollars.

The banana shaped island is approximately 1,630,000 square meters in size and has been zoned into 536 plots consisting of 100 closes, this serve to enhance the banana shape of the island. Residents are provided world class utilities including underground electrical systems, and not the general lying seen overhead. Plot sizes range from 1000 square metres to 4000 square metres. The island was designed with plots for residential, commercial, recreational areas, a main piazza, primary and secondary schools, fire and police stations, clinics, hotels and club-houses. Utilities offered include underground electrical systems, an underground water supply network, central sewage system and treatment plant, street lighting and satellite telecommunications networks, as well as overhead and storm water covered drainage.

Averagely, the price of a luxury flat in Banana Island ranges between $130,000 and $200,000. This excludes $15,000 USD service charge per annum. Also, any potential tenant will be required to pay two years rent in advance.

The original Banana Island construction project entitled “Lagoon City” was the brainchild of the Late Chief Adebayo Adeleke, a University of London trained Civil Engineer (MICE), and CEO of City Property Development
Chief Adebayo Adeleke had originally commissioned a new urban development in Maroko, Victoria Island, but that project had been ‘acquired’ by the Lagos State government with no financial consideration paid. Following a lengthy 10 year court case, Lagos State government offered other parcels of land as consideration for the Maroko development.
Many scoffed at Chief Adeleke’s decision to select the Ikoyi Island perimeter, however they were unable to appreciate the foresight of the Chief, who promptly engaged the Westminster Dredging Company to dredge the foreshore, and create six interlinked and symmetrical islands.
He wanted to create a development that would “Make Nigeria Proud”, and engaged Minoru Yamasaki the architect of Manhattan’s Twin Towers, to design replica twin towers as the flagship iconic buildings on the main island.

To complete the Lagoon City concept, Chief Adeleke planned an aesthetic design including a City Airport, which was a vision conceived long before the London Docklands Development, London City Airport, Dubai’s Palm Islands or Hong Kong’s Chek Lap Kok Airport.
Unfortunately for the Chief, as soon as he had reclaimed the land and the brilliance of the idea was unveiled, others were determined to wrestle the land from him, and the project was ‘acquired’ again with no consideration being paid to City Property Development Limited. The ‘acquisition’ is currently being challenged in various courts, and there are Caveat Emptor warnings in place to warn prospective buyers that their investment could be at risk in future. There is also litigation pending in the UK and European courts regarding this matter.

The subsequent developers were principally interested in maximizing the yield of the land at the expense of the aesthetic innovative design foreseen by Chief Adebayo Adeleke. Consequently the land was filled in to create a banana shaped island, which has resolutely failed to achieve any international iconic architectural acclaim, as it is now a residential scheme rather than the commercial development originally envisaged

An underwater hotel will give us a touch with the wild, give much spark of romance to our relationship and also an adventure to our lives. Here are 5 best underwater hotels on the planet.

The view of aquatic animals moving around you will amaze you and you’ll tell the tales of your experience here to anyone who cares to know.

The roof is for soaking up the sun during the day, and star watching at night. Downstairs below the waves is a double bed and 360 degrees of underwater panorama.

Properties / 5 Important Things To Do Before Moving To You New House by mayour16(m): 1:49pm On Apr 23, 2018
Moving from a house to another can be a little bit stressful both physically and emotionally. I mean, you have to start studying and relating with new people entirely.

For some, it is like switching an old life for a new one.

The following steps can help you prepare for your new house:

1. Inspect the new place thoroughly before moving in. Check the taps, bulbs, sockets, toilet, security, everything.

2. Clean your new place a day or two before moving in.

3. Make sure you arrange all your properties and park them. You can make use of cartoons.

4. You can hire labourers to help you do the packing or invite friend(s) to help you out.

5. Have a van/car on standby.

Enjoy your new home.

Education / Guy Who Proudly Claims To Be a Rapist Is Not A UNIOSUN Student- Bleechreports by mayour16(m): 12:03pm On Apr 28, 2017
The student leaders of Osun State University have come out to deny that 'Sheyi Sheyor' now 'Sheyi Popular' is not a student of UNIOSUN. He claimed to have a raped a girl in a post on facebook which went viral today.

He made a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, 26th April, 2017.

He said "She thought am nice, not until i raped her.
Odun odun o larinrin

In my opinion, its amazing how people do things that are unacceptable and go on social media to brag about it, when you do things like this shouldn't you be scared about people finding out, and HE IS A STUDENT FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: Uniosun Student leaders took their time to do a background check on the said individual and discovered that he does not have any affiliation with the school. Here is what they said on the matter:

"Fellow Nigerians,
The attention of the students Leaders of Osun state university, (UNIOSUN) Osogbo has been drawn to a comic fallacy purportedly posted by one Facebook user “SHEYI SHEYOR” who claimed to be a student of the institution as reported by many blogs.
The students leaders wish to condemn the act in its entirety as no uprightly thinking sane person would have come up with such barbaric post on social media like Facebook or any other jokingly or not.
Also, we need to emphasize this to the general public that the boy has never been a student of UNIOSUN as information gathered from the IMTC office of the institution revealed that the boy is not a registered student, and a look at his Facebook pictures doesn’t show any sign of him being a student of Osun state university as none of his pictures was snapped in the school premises nor with any his colleagues except in hotel (s).
Also, investigation from Guru9ja.com.ng shows that anybody can use any institution as a profile detail whereby we have seen secondary school student who put renowned institution as his Facebook detail.
Students of Osun State university are known to be morally comported, and academically balanced as UNIOSUN is committed to producing world class competitive graduates with both moral and academic acceptability.
However, the attention of the management of Osun state University has been drawn to the absurd development which is only aimed at bringing the good name of the institution down, and necessary legal action would be taken soon. Ohamara Victor, C. Chairman, Osun State university Student joint campus committee."

Crime / Re: Is It Necessary I Report This Rape Incident I Witnessed? by mayour16(m): 2:02pm On Sep 10, 2016
[quote]My day has been so messed up. I went to see a friend of mine in his house. I was surprised the door wasn't locked and even the gate wasn't locked. I decided to help myself to a drink from his bar as soon as I entered the living room. As I was about serving myself, something told me to check on him in his room to see if he's there. As I approached his room I started hearing sounds. I decided to know what the noise was all about without making a sound.

Only for me to see a girl begging my friend to please have mercy on her and my friend was telling her to shut-up and comply. He was even beating the girl and have even torn her clothes. The girl was weeping bitterly and after about 20mins I decided to pretend I was just coming in by calling his name. He then told me to please wait for him in the living room. He joined me in the living room after about 10mins. I asked why he was breathing heavily and he told me that he just finished having sex with a girl. I confronted him with the truth and he opened up. He said he has been dating this girl for and that he has been spending money on her but she refused him sex. He said he used today's incident to recover all the money he has spent on her.

I'm really stuck between the devil and deep blue sea right now. The girl in question wants me to help report the issue to the police cos she's scared of being stigmatized. On the otherhand, the guy in question is my childhood friend. I can't imagine snitching on my homie and brother. I know it's wrong for him to have raped her but why would a girl be demanding for stuffs from a guy when she knows she's not willing to play ball.

I don't wanna talk about you reporting or not but I want you to know you did bad not stopping him before he had his way with the girl. You saw her begging and you pretended and stood there to watch IT all happen. Irrespective of what she's done, I believe no girl deserves to be raped.
