So from the very last verse we can see that the intent motive why people masturbate is to get pleasure from it, which is also one of the reasons people who get married get involve in sex. So whoever seeks to get this pleasure outside marriage is termed as a sin in the faith of Islam. In summary, masturbation, fornication and adultery are all forbidden in the light of Islam.
