I said same about Ikeja transport terminal that was hurriedly commissioned and ignorant peels were ranting as usual. Now go back and check that terminal. It was been condoned off at late becuase it was 'unusable'.

8pm is not the issue as compounds are meant to be locked at all times. Each tenant should have his own key and the gate be designed in such a way that it can be opened from outside with a key. Security consciousness shouldn't start by 8pm alone, should be round the clock.
