In a way, I like this ElRufai dude. He's not like your regular Nigerian politician that dances to the gallery just to garner votes. His telling those against his choice to do their worst, after all, they didn't vite for him when he chose a Christian vice.

I like people that don't dance to sentiments and try to please everybody. Just take your decision and stand by it.

Am confused on who to captain this game week btw Wilson and Mane..any advice??

This isn't even up for a debate! Liverpool will put 5 behind that Fulham defense. You are sure of at least a goal and an assist from Mane. Wilson is facing a resurgent Toon side away from home. I will place my bet on Mane over Wilson.

Just load up on Liverpool attack shaa... This fixture is one of those where 3 players would hit double digits like City's game last week.

The poeple did not vote the dead; they voted for the Republican party knowing fully well that the party will nominate someone else as it's flag bearer after the election.

Dulux is very expensive but worths it

Cost is subjective. Would you buy a paint for 18k per drum and repaint every year or one for 27k per drum which gives you 5 years durability?

Lol...if you still see the need to repaint after every year while using Berger, then port to Dulux paint as their won't be need to repaint yearly with Dulux Paint.

fayose really messed up to have made gossy water collapse.

The company was already running at a loss. UAC with all its dedicated machinery kept it afloat hoping for a favourable business environment. At a point, UAC had to suspend the distribution of Swan water in the south west, using all its networks to saturate Gossi and place it as the premium product down south while Swan maintains market lead up north. All for a new business it has only about 15% stake in.

Bottom line is that any business a Nigerian govt has a stake in always heads to abyss. It's not just Gossi and Ekiti govt, check out our refineries and most govt parastatals. It's always the same!

if there is willingness on the part of government.

am sure UAC will reinvest in the company.

UAC may only show interest if the govt can liquidate it's stake in the facility. There's a reason most multinationals shy away from joint ventures partly owned by govt; there's inconsistency from the part of the govt. While Fayemi may have good intentions to rejuvente the deal, what happens after his four year tenure when another govt takes over?

UAC would love consistency and a favourable business condition as it is profit oriented. Govt agencies don't understand this, they are mostly after a short term investment they can cash out on as their tenure is time bound.

The last nail in the coffin was when UAC of Nigeria pulled out of the deal for Gossi Water. Fayose didn't handle this well. UAC with as little as about 15% stake in the business was contributing more than 85% overhead cost while other stakeholders (especially the Ekiti State Govt) was only interested in returns without providing any needed succor.

Unfortunately, it's a little bit late for this intervention by Fayemi. UAC has already pulled out; you lost a very dedicated stakeholder in that regard.

Is their no more honor and dignity left in him? If the presidency, Efcc and icpc have no shame, can't this man scoop the last honor left in him and resign?

We are allborn atheists, we got indoctrinated into religion. The truth will set those who seek it free.

I am only being realistic bro...

Do you know that states like Kwara, till this moment don't still pay the 18k minimum wage? A Bsc holder working for the state government here still collects 33-34k ?

Pls is the 34k basic pay or a gross of all emoluments? Like is it inclusive of housing allowance, medical, transport, education and other statutory allowances?

So you are saying in essence that Nigeria can't be fixed

Don't you know that with the right will, you can insist that Police squad cars have:

-GPS so they are always tracked

-Video Streaming, to monitor the inside and outside of the police car

-Police personal cams, to record whoever they intend on arresting

...

but someone like you, you see no solutions, so that's why you are comfortable electing Buhari or Atiku, to continue the failure of Nigeria.

Go to Dubai right now and give their police bribe, whether they won't cut off your hand

Dude said he would achieve that in his first few days in office. Not months, days. How do you achieve all you mentioned in a few days? Coupled with the fact that corruption is institutionalised in the Nigerian police force. Yes, it can be achieved in years through a gradual process of eliminating avenues through which they collect bribe. Not within days.

Jungle tout, it's the work of Efcc to investigate. And nobody is immune to investigation; you can be immune to prosecution but not investigation. A lot of governors are currently under investigation, some even had their accounts frozen still while at office.

But EFCC Froze the accounts of the Benue state and Akwa ibom state government and the reason they gave was that both governors were under investigation.

Infact, the benue state government challenged this reason in court, and the court ruled that indeed the EFCC has powers to investigate a state government's activities.

What has changed between then and now?

Or is it because it is now an APC governor that ought to be investigated and not a PDP governor?

You are even trying to educate the imp! Those kids don't learn! They are just a one way traffic. Someone that doesn't know the difference between investigation and interrogation

shut up , Fayose as never been investigated , that is why EFCC never invite him for interrogations since ... a sitting governor can’t be investigated ... if you wanna argue just first of all answer this question , why as Efcc not invitated Fayose for investigation or interrogation since ?

Illiterate! There's a big difference between investigation and interrogation! Dumb doffus that has refused to learn. Use your dictionary at least before embarrassing yourself. You don't need any physical contact before carrying out an investigation. Fayose has been investigated already on crimes bordering on the ekiti farm and the dasuki. Investigations has been ongoing for a long time. Olodo rakpata! He doesn't need to be invited for that.

Buhari can't investigate any sitting governor, your useless constitution protects him, the best that can happen now is for the state assembly to impeach him or he's forced to resign.

Buhari can't veto a state governor into resigning, if that was possible, Fayose would have been dealt with before now.

Simple!

This is a lie from the pit of hell. You lots spread half truths and insist it's the fact. Immunity cluase covers a governor from prosecution and not from investigation.
