No sir, she didn't opt for any supplementary.. I wanted to ask if her score can get her pharmacy or nursing..

I really can't tell since you didn't fill the supplementary form. Otokx is more suited to address your question though.

@Diva, any hope for my cousin?
Name: Gerald-Akuegbu Esther Ezinwa
Post utme score: 248
Jamb score: 251
Course: Medicine and Surgery

Please tell me what to do

@Diva
@Otokx

Did she eventually opt for supplementary? I honestly don't think those scores will fly for medicine.

@otokx

I saw this on the UNIPORT site:

"No candidate can be offered admission EXCEPT O’level result(s) have been successfully uploaded on JAMB website (CAPS). ALL candidates not yet admitted SHOULD therefore upload their O’level result(s) at UNIPORT ICTC or any accredited JAMB CBT center on or before Monday, November 25, 2019."

@bolded, does this exclude those who already have their O' level uploaded on JAMB caps?

Congratulations, more and more people are seeing their names in JAMB CAPS, but more still need to approve their change of course initiated by the institution in JAMB CAPS to enable Admission processing.

Any hope for those whose status is still showing not admitted?

Once you're given admission your course and institution will show.
Thanks

Is there a problem if Jamb CAPS isn't showing one's institution or course of study under Admission Status?

Okay, we will try. If it ends up not being recovered, there is nothing I can do.
Log in through https://www.jamb.org.ng/eFacility../Login

Then select admission status and click on CAPS. Use chrome, if on mobile, select desktop view.

Anybody having issues logging into the supplementary application portal? I'm getting invalid login details.

Used the Jamb reg no and the putme password. Tried resetting password to no avail.

Your help will be appreciated @otokx @divay22 @popp

Your cousin is from Anambra State with an average of 242.5, the person from Anambra State that made the 1st selection has an average of 275. It is advisable she goes for another course in supplementary.
Thanks. I had no idea state of origin was being used as a criterion. Please, how does the supplementary thing work? Thanks again for the help. I really appreciate.

No wahala. Didn't know what to think since you'd been posting on the thread without saying anything about my post. I understand you're busy. Just needed a form of acknowledgement that you'd seen it. No hard feelings. Thanks.

I asked a question on behalf of my cousin and you said we should begin with her Jamb reg no which I have posted here about three times, mentioning you. Another poster even called your attention to this once.

I really don't know what to think. Looks like you're deliberately ignoring my posts. Anyways, it's your prerogative to reply or not. No offence taken. Peace.

Hi Otokx,

My lil cousin applied for law in UNIPORT, she scored above 240 in JAMB. She contacted me yesterday and was really upset, saying she checked her admission status on Jamb caps and it displayed "not admitted". I'm really not familiar with this Jamb caps of a thing. How does it work? Is the status final or is it subject to change pending when the school's admission list is out?

My cousin has pretty much given up. She's cried a lot.

In a sane country the pastor would be arrested too but of course Nigeria isn't one.

Health / Why Is Internal Bleeding Responsible For Several Deaths In Nigerian Hospitals? by McSterling(m): 6:18am On Aug 20, 2019
Just yesterday I received the sad news of the death of a 19 year old. She was hit by a bike and had been admitted in a hospital for some days. She had been recovering but suddenly her stomach began to swell and she passed away shortly after. This is just one of many. Remember C.D. John the comedian? He died from internal bleeding in a Nigerian hospital. One of the biggest tragedies I personally know of resulted from internal bleeding.

This killer called internal bleeding seems to kill people whether or not they've been admitted in a hospital. Is it that we lack the equipment to check for internal bleeding? Is it too difficult to treat? Or is it just negligence on our part? I just can't wrap my head around this. How can we be negligent about something that kills people consistently? If that poor 19 year old girl had been checked, perhaps she'd still be alive now.

Doctors and medical practitioners in the house, I'll really like to have your take on this. Thanks.

For those with passport problem, take a picture with a white background, crop it with your phone picture editor from the top of your head to a few centimeters below your chin. Download photo scaler from playstore and resize it to 600*600. I took and edited over 30 pictures before I got a good one.

Worked for me.

I'm currently having problem with uploading documents. Uploaded two successfully but after several attempts, waec and nysc certificates have refused to upload. I keep getting something like, "session expired, logout and login again". Logging out and in hasn't helped so far.
