hello.anyone selected from pakistan for undergraduate scholarship

Who will be reference person?Is he/she is candidate,s relative and what is his status in scoity meaning a government servent or does,t status is important?Why reference person is necessary and for what purpose?

Aslam o Alaikum.In the application form,at 2nd or 3rd page,they are asking to upload the scanned form of certificates and at the end they are also asking same thing.What is this?On what option I upload my scanned documents?and they asking for transcript and diploma.but in my country Pakistan,we have only one certificate which is DMC(Detailed mark sheet).In DMC,marks obtained in every subject and the total marks obtained are written

Aslam o Alaikum.I am from Pakistan and have a fond for this scholarship.But I have some problems.First I don't have passport yet but a chance that passport will be given me in 10 days.Now plz advise me that I apply with Identity card or wait for passport?What will increase my chances for scholarship.and second that in scholarship application,different options of Letter of intent,motivational letter etc.Does these strongly affects the chance of getting scholarship.Thanks in advance.
