What is it about BMW that gets people talking? What are the general problems with BMW? Is it really a bunch of scrap put together or is it a piece of German engineering that is misunderstood?

I made a video about the 2020 BWM X5 and I haven’t any major wrong. Please share your thoughts. You can click on the link below to watch the video and hit subscribe so you don’t miss any fun content on the channel. Have a beautiful week ahead.

food for thought ! especially when the life-wire of the country is crude oil and in turn petrol or diesel .

In either way, thats the future ! irrespective of the abundance of crude ...

I’ve been thinking a lot about this? I love the electric vehicles concept, but with the inconsistent supply of power in this country, this doesn’t seem feasible. Nonetheless, a few people already own some Tesla models in Nigeria. How are they charging it? How are they maintaining it?
Do you think the Electronic Vehicle concept will work in Nigeria? When do you think it will?
I’d like to know your thoughts on this. While we share, please click on the link below or just search for Ride with Miee on YouTube and subscribe, I’ll be sharing a video on this topic tomorrow evening at 4pm.

My 03 Corolla seems to be doing well. I'm always scared when I'm about to dive into the pools of water though. The water reaches the level of the headlamp base at times.

Only thing I observed is that the wipers just come on on their own while I'm in the water. But this stopped when I replaced my faulty windshield washer pump.

That’s a good one. Toyota’s are known to be good swimmers.

Two days ago we saw the Lekki floods. The boats are coming back again, lol. What car(s) do you own? Can they swim? What cars do you think will survive this period and what cars do you think won’t survive?

Personally, I think bmw are good cars but they seem to be failing us in the waters. Honda’s are not really a thing to write home about. Toyota’s have been great, slow and steady in the waters and they swim good. What’s your take?

Properties / Is Lekki A Great Investment Location, Especially With The Problems With It? by Miee: 12:04pm On Jun 20, 2020
Lekki, since 2001, has been a prime location for investors, purchasing plots from ancestral families and the government, building on water and developing it to be the prime and high valued city it is today. Despite the value appreciation, there has been a few problems attached. Omo onile issues and ancestral family feuds are still a thing, improper survey and planning done, just to mention a few. Now we’re hitting the rainy season proper and the floods are back. This leaves investors asking, “is Lekki really good or is it a waste of my investment?”
I think it’s prime but it needs dire urban planning to curb the environmental issues attached to it. What do you think?
If you’re an investor, what problems have you encountered?
If you’re a fellow realtor, what’s your take on this?

Hello house.
2008 Volvo xc90 (6cylinder) vs 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander (6cylinder).
Advice needed with Nigeria road, availability of spare parts and auto technicians and economy in mind.
Thanks.

The Volvo is a way better car. There are just some things about the Mitsubishi that are off. Volvos are way better and their parts are available
