Osinbajo is not a tout or a noise maker, what is the gain in announcing how many delegates that signed his form, after all, its all the same requirements for all aspirants.

It is all fake news, the notion of 10 statutory delegates. For presidential you only need 1 party member in each senatorial District to sign.
