You will see P2P traders who only buy USDT, they never sell, they only buy. And some of them, the minimum they buy is 20m worth of USDT.

I am not moved by these estates claiming 24hrs power supply. Most times they would almost kill you with cost. You will have light, but to put on AC go hard you.
