Thanks for this. This is very helpful.

But please confirm if the interest of 13,125 would be paid every year for 3 years?

That means by the end of the tenure, 13,125 X 3 will be paid for the 3 years?.

IHelp:

For 3years tenor;
You will get 13.125% of your initial investment every year for 3years.
It will be paid in parts 4 times.

Assuming your initial investment is 100,000

Your interest for 1year = 13,125
You will receive 3,281.25 every 3months

List of accredited stock brokers has been posted earlier.
I use Csl and Morgan.

News101:

You are totally wrong with your assertions & you are totally wrong with your thinking. If someone says that women should dress well does not mean he is a rapist. That's the problem with Nigerians with twisting people's statements to suit their own preconceived mindsets.

That's one of the reasons why this country remains the way it is. Do you even know my status in society? Or is it because this is a faceless forum & we all come here once in a while to have fun, laugh over comments & while away the time when we're less busy that's why you think that if a person advises women to dress well that means he is a rapist? You must be a complete hypocrite to think so.

Pls stop that kind of mindset. I personally campaign against rape so when I saw Tayo Demola's video on women dressing indecently I decided to lend my voice to the issue here, so stop insinuating & stop saying what you know nothing about. You will not go after the real rapists on the streets who rape women, it's those who campaign against the menace & someone who can even employ you that you will open your mouth to talk to. You better find someone else to take on, not me, ok?

No matter how hard you try gentleman, no matter how many words you use to try to deny, its very clear that you are in denial. You are a rapist in waiting, once the opportunity presents it self, you will go into dog mood, then blame the woman. Only rapists cause rape, no one else. It is a crime, it is violence, it is sick, it is disgusting, you are not an animal, or are you? Go seek therapy man! Just stop talking. Go seek help. Talk to someone, denial never helps, it never ever does.

You are so blinded by your lust that you cannot hear yourself. You have no right to tell women what to wear, who do you think you are? Listen to yourself!! Women in the north get raped!, children get raped!, most rapes come from family members not strangers!, Dressing is an excuse to avoid looking inwards and being accountable for your crime. You refuse to accept the truth hence you blame the victim.

You disgust me. Spits.

News101:
First of all, you ladies should check your dressing, you people dress any how, as far as I'm concerned, Tayo Demola is saying the truth which you people will never agree with. Except only those who understand what he's saying.

Wow see Nigerian men justifying rape like no other. Just wow

Ladies what can we do about men like this who say “the sight of her laps made me rape her”?
Look at what is being written here. Friends01, News101 and others, your commentary reads like a loud cry for help. As potential rapists, you lot don’t know where to turn to? Have you tried researching therapists where you live? Sighting a women’s laps, should never be a trigger to incite violence on the grounds of lust, incidences of rape lead to a life time of psychological distress, trauma or even suicide and all you care about is your 3 minutes of cum. What do you think porn is for? You are so self-centered that you choose to prioritize your d**ck over the sanity of another human being? Rape like murder should never be justified. Never ever. Gosh.

So you have no problem pushing a woman down while she screams and begs, tearing off her shirts, ripping her panties off and scr**wing her while she bleeds because of the your self inflicted konji? do you know what? Maybe you get off from the violence and pain than the act of sex itself. All the statements you have made on this site would send you to jail without jury hearing in any other part of the developed world.
And one of you even confessed to having no self control when alone with females, what of your children, how would you cope when your girls arrive?

Do you know what consent means? if my rant confuses you, just watch this 2 minute video, for starters

Dear citizens, please seek therapy and so no to violence!

Power is more transient and fleeting than you would like to believe. The Jews were largely a scattered and disenfranchised people who (until very recently) got any leverage in their host societies through financial power.

Their recent excursion into Palestine abi Isreal gives them some political weight but it is largely sustained by the US. Even then their position is a precarious one, threatened constantly by wars, antisemitism, and other forces with misgivings that have lasted centuries. Even in their so called powerful state, there are many neuroses manifested in their psyche and outlook towards life, with their "woe is me", "chosen ones vs Goyim", self-hating syndrome.

What a mired existence!

Japan, for all its technological and social achievements, is in its twilight days. Negative population growth rate, a xenophobic attitude towards foreigners borne out of their exploitative and racist ways during the early part of the 20th century, high suicide rates and a general existential crisis.

Are we talking about Western Europe or (White) America, also recording low birth rates and resorting to every dirty trick in the book to hold on to Global power which is sure to leave them one day, as it left the Egyptians, Romans?

Dude I used to think like you but have realized the uselessness of it all in the face of constant change, evolution and death. Not just of individual humans or races, but (potentially) of the entire race if care is not taken.

Why waste my time worrying about large scale possibilities for Blacks, race, and international politics when everyone of us regardless of status will be six feet under one day? My family and friends are the prime focus of my life and that's it. Notions of racial supremacy are useless and worthless when you consider the futility of human existence anyway.

In this world, there is good and there is evil, if you wish to be on the side of luck and divine favour, do this. Give away something you love so dearly, make an absolute stranger smile, help your aging relatives, share sweet stories with them, smile at those revolving destitute beggars who ask for alms in traffic, offer money to those in need. Perform random acts of kindness and the universe will do well to do you good.

Religion / Can Someone Please Tell Me One Single Thing Christian About Nigerian Christiains by mindeed(f): 10:13pm On Jun 30, 2018
I just need one. Please. Just one. It may be of a colleague, neighbour or friend. What are those traits you see in him/her that accentuates his chasteness?

I am asking this because it appears the more Christian my cousin becomes the harder her heart grows. She has increased her fellowship programs to twice a week and now attends daily midnight services online. But her actual character continues to deteriorate. She is completely aloof to the pain and feelings of others, is morbidly offended by corrections or pointing out any flaws, she has zero integrity (claims to be Treasurer at church but always uses part of the money for personal needs), and did I mention she always lies at every given opportunity? I know we are all human ….we have flaws and make mistakes but it seems the Nigerian Christian for some reason is more brazen in displaying these questionable character traits. Is it because their pastors have promised them grace? Or are gravely immoral people naturally drawn to extreme religiosity?

Can anybody (preferably Christian) please explain this to me?

Religion / Over A 100 Million Atheists In Nigeria, Who Knew? by mindeed(f): 8:59pm On Jun 17, 2018
Wow, I have finally found the time to write on this topic. Who knew there were this many Nigerian atheists confined within the shores of the world’s most populous black nation?

After observing my fellow kindred for the last few years, I have come to the conclusion that religious Nigerians are the most morally bankrupt set of beings roaming the face of this earth. They lack any form of conscience WHAT SO EVER. And I mean it. They are devoid of any iota of humanity, compassion or empathy. Simply put, they are the devil in detail, nothing more and nothing less.

DAAMMNN it these folks are EVILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

Do you know the kind of heart it takes to “believe in an all knowing deity, who hears and sees all” then continue to live a life full of extreme hypocrisy? Do you know what it takes to live your life this way? I suspect these beings do not have any form of self-awareness, they are not fully human, they are not yet conscious, they are yet to evolve into homo-sapiens. Oh dear! What is very bizarre about the behaviours of these hypocrites is the intent to maim the next man for the same ills he perpetuates, Let me give some recent examples:

1. Your average Nigerian religious folk (ANRF) is currently short-changing his employer as we speak, but is willing to kill the next person caught pilfering company funds
2. Your average Nigerian religious folk has a ton of porn on his hand held device, bleeps at any given opportunity, married or otherwise, has acquired scars on his fingers from excessive masturbation; but is ever ready to strike the necks of a gay man, who does not profess his religion
3. Your average Nigerian folk frequents gay porn sties for experimentation only, but will be the first to scream abomination at the next effeminate male
4. Your average Nigerian folk believes consulting babalawos is his birth right, he feels nothing murdering the soul of another human to get rich or slightly less poor.
5. Your average Nigerian lacks all and I mean all forms of integrity, is morally decrepit and hopelessly corrupt, all will steal as soon as the opportunity presents itself (or not)
6. Your average Nigerian folk has raped at least 1 female in his lifetime and layed the blame on the victim.
7. Look at how we drive on the roads? We are way toooooo selfish to be classified as human, it seems like these behaviours are encoded deep within us, and we do not even know it.

The biggest problem I have is this: Why scream at the next man for his sin! Why threaten to kill the next man for the exact same thing you do when you think no one is watching you? When you are 100X worse !!! Think about it!! No single Nigerian believes in any damn God, religious folk are indeed the true atheists. The more religious, the more deadly, and I mean deadly of the cold blooded variety- no remorse and fully devoid of emotion. I dare you to prove me wrong.

Religion / Atheist Confession: Unveiling My Decade Long Secret To Nairaland by mindeed(f): 7:42pm On Jan 06, 2018
So its 2018 and one of my new year resolutions is to render more help to people. Give more of my time, teach more, impact more lives, show more compassion. Recognize those in need and do something to alleviate their suffering.
Guys the secret to wealth, and sound mind is pulling someone up, no matter how poor you think you are, somebody is worse off, find that person and lift him up.

The owners of the universe are not Nigerians, they are not black Africans who are very discriminatory, intolerant and tribal. They gave use the sun, water and air free of charge, we should do same for others.
I am an atheist, born and bred in Nigeria, I am female, so is the rest of my family (except my mom and sister), everyone is godless, but we all apply this principle.

A little about me- I have never in my 28 years in this world paid tithe to any pastor or church. But lets just say the blessings have been pouring in. I have worked in 5 of the top 100 fortune 500 multinational companies, bought my own (SUV), moved to the island with my family and have basically never lacked. All my brothers are working in really large multinationals, or own their businesses. Mind you, this was not the case 10 years ago, we were essentially a poor family, but things have turned for the good.
I noticed people in this country are abysmally selfish and thoroughly incapable of empathizing with others, particularly those classified as “beneath them”. Here are some easily tips to consider:
• Tip workers
• Liberate yourself and your family
• Treat your workers well, pay them on time when you can
• Provide mentorship & guidance to others
• Financially support those who have been misfortuned to have very little.
• Pick tabs for strangers
• Volunteer, no matter how small, (there are online volunteering programs you can take up)

The universe is not run by Nigerians, we are still living in the dark ages, we are classified as third world country for a reason, we behave close to our primordial nature, close to our base nature, and we do not even know it. If our approach was the right one, we would not be in this state of development. We should learn from the failings of other more developed nations and not replicate them.
In summary GIVE WHAT YOU NEED TO THOSE IN NEED

newsynews:

I'm glad you know the story of the 2 thieves crucified along with Jesus. One acknowledged his sins while the other was arrogant and didn't see his sin as sin.

This time around, we are not saying you should condemn the individual involved in homosexuality. We are only saying you should condemn the act, which you have failed to do. You not only failed but surprisingly, you are indifferent about other sins too. That means you are not against any sin. That is a huge trait of an homosexual. They are always open to any sinful habit so long their own sin is allowed. Little wonder homosexuals, bestiality, pedophiles, transgenders are all friends.

Do you know that fornicators know that they are sinners and even confess their sins? But homosexuals don't know that they are sinners. No, they don't want to accept it, that's why they want it legalized. Keeping quiet instead of speaking against this sin only helps to embolden them to continue wallowing in it. It's so worse for you that you are trying to silence those who are warning the homosexuals to desist from their act. You claim to be a Christian but you don't know that you have heaped hot coal on your head for preventing sinners from repenting.

Pls just admit that you are gay so that we can stop bothering and wondering why a professed Christian is supporting what the Bible hates just cos he thinks the Bible hates other sins too.

Thanks for this. Vey well said

But i'm just curious, as we speak this minute, and based on the life you live and have lived thus far, honestly, do you think you will be going to heaven if lets say the world ends this minute?

Hahaha.. what a thread.

Look it is widely known in the field of psychology, that most of these homophobes, i.e people deathly against gays are infact and indeed closeted gays themselves (top on the list are pastors). The clinical terminology for this condition is “internalized homophobia”
Who do you think ranks top 4 for gay porn globally? America? Britain? Wrong!
Its NIGERIA. Yes our own country. Click here for the full report http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/14/gay-porn-pakistan_n_3437529.html?

Just get hold of the Ops phone and scroll through the following:
1. Brower history
2. Deleted items (videos, messages, WhatsApp chats etc)
3. Inner mind if possible

…..and what you would find is a man torn between his sexuality and his belief. These people are fighting a chronic psychological battle and the only way they get any type of breather or relief is through fiery railings and public condemnations about gays, just like this thread. This sort of homophobic expression is a way to convince themselves (albeit falsely), that they are not gays, that the emotions they feel are unreal...these folks are at war with themselves.

Take a look at this list http://www.ranker.com/list/top-10-anti-gay-activists-caught-being-gay/joanne . What it shows is that the viscously homophobic lot are simply gay men fighting an unending battel of sexual orientation, an unyielding war with self.

Don’t take this thread too seriously, instead look at it as a form of therapy for these trapped lot. This is their outlet, its they only way they know how to “deal”, its either this, loads of weed or downward descent into mental illness (I have seen this live).

My 2.5 cents.

And by the way NPC, I need to talk to you. You are my August super hero. Kudos man!

Religion / Nigerian Women: Why Do You Mock God By Wearing White Women’s Hair? by mindeed(f): 9:29pm On May 19, 2017
Nigeria is one of the most religious countries in the world, that means they believe in Gen. 1:27 which says God made man in his own image. But how much of this belief do they believe to be true? If you truly believe you were made in God’s image, why then do you use wig caps of other races to cover your beautiful kinky hair? Why are you all so ashamed of your fluffy, luxurious natural hair? Do you ever see white women wearing afros? Ok ok ,some do but that’s usually during Halloween as a costume, can you imagine seeing a Chinese woman on afro? Wouldn’t that be a hideous sight? Why then do you subject yourselves to worldwide ridicule by keeping your hair on permanent hiatus?

I’ve also realized that most Nigerian women feel the most confident and secure when they wear these very unhygienic things, I see girls in the gym who sweat, sweat and sweat!!!! Then go home with wet weavons to lay in bed with their spouses without a wash? Yuck!

You see the reason why many Nigerian women/wives are aggressive, violent and eventually loose their sweetness is because of this undying addiction to Indian, Brazilian and Malaysian women’s hair. They feel ashamed of their own hair and that tends to do a number on their self esteem, mood and temperament, when they lay in bed to sleep they secretly cry to God asking “God why did you give me this kin KPOMO hair”, then the following day empty their savings to spend N50k -N200k to look like these women.

Truth is if you weren’t ashamed of looking like God who made you in his own image, you will atleast go for more natural looking hair wigs/extensions instead of the Caucasian variety.

Nigerian men, please, please, please support your wives who have managed to maintain their natural hair, tell them they are beautiful, compliment them, encourage them, buy hair accessories and hair products for them, this would seriously solidify their self esteem, make them more grounded, sweet with unfettered confidence.

Interesting topic, spent the last few hours engulfed by the arguments on here particularly between TheEminentLaity and Sauerr.
TheEminentLaity, I really commend your humility, and willingness to accept a stronger argument than yours, you took it like a man, very refreshing. And for you Sauerr, I loved your persistence and drive to drive down your points, I eventually gave in, and found my head nodding in agreement.

In my little mind, when I considered this topic of intelligence and Africa, all I did was look around me, and there laid the answer. I noticed all my intelligent friends and colleagues who were capable of effecting change in Nigeria have fled to more developed climes…with no immediate plans to return, and those who did return where burned by a number of constraints. When you are burned once and then some, its very easy to get discouraged to do more for your people. It’s extremely difficult to break the cycle and chains of poverty and illiteracy, children just recycle the mistakes of their parents, it’s hard to breakaway from what your environment/society dictates.

My father was able to through reading books, magazines and newspapers that rapidly revamped his mindset, values and overall views of life. He too was once stuck in the pits of poverty somewhere in the villages here in Nigeria, but he broke away, transferred this new knowledge to his children and that cycle is likely to continue. If this is replicated in at least 70% of families, the renaissance may occur. If he had left for the west and never returned (which has been the norm in Africa), I wouldn’t be here typing this.

Fashion / Lets Talk About The Culture Of Skin Bleaching by mindeed(f): 10:15pm On Apr 08, 2017
As a serial hypocrite, I will like to understudy myself to uncover why I do the things I do. First of, let’s talk about bleaching, I am quick to notice girls with dark knuckles, I find them nasty and horribly unsightly. Why would anyone bleach? Yuk! I guess women who do this are suffering from inferiority complex, mental slavery or both!

However, every time I scroll through Instagram, I ogle at the sight of fair ladies, wow, they always look so gorgeous with or without makeup, filters or any digital masks. Even my boyfriend shares the same view as me, he tells me “babe I love you the way you are, you don’t have to bleach”, but anytime I’m out in the sun, he always screams at me to get off the heat before I get any darker. I also always find him liking pages and pages of pictures of bright looking babes on IG.

Truth is, I have been using skin lightening creams since 2011, it has changed my life, the compliments and attention has been incredible. I wouldn’t lie I have been favored in banks, long queues at the embassy, at the salon and even in church because of the way I glitter. Light skinned girls have more value and attract wealthier men, while dark skin can only attract the average brokies. Most if not all dark skin girls crave to be light and will do anything to look fairer.

But I still wonder why an African will result to burning off her skin in the name of bleaching!!!!

Signed

Romance / For Guys Only: Is It Fashionable To Show Off That Male Bulge? by mindeed(f): 9:49pm On Apr 08, 2017
Hello handsome hunks of NL,

I was just wondering if wearing loose undies to allow the lower privates dangle or bulge is a thing? I’ve seen a TV presenter constantly allow a visible bulge , even after so many viewers have pointed it to him, he seems to be proud of it. So is this like the male version of women wearing half cut push up bras? I am really curious because I’ve noticed the same trend with my Gym instructor, and it’s very distracting. Please I’m not complaining o, I just want to know.
Family / Nigerian Mothers Have Failed This Generation by mindeed(f): 8:04pm On Mar 07, 2017
Are you Nigerian, female and a parent? I write to inform you that indeed you have failed my generation, woefully and deeply. How so you ask? I’ll go straight to the point. By breeding rapist males. I have come to realize that Nigerian boys grow up without been enlightened on sex education. The parents do nothing to educate their sons on what is permissible with respect to sexual assault, molestation and rape. Instead boys are left to learn from movies, peers and colleagues on what is morally right, wrong and criminal.

So they go on making statements like "Konji na bastarrd" BASICALLY admitting that they have absolutely no control over their sexual urges, that is, once aroused, “NO” expires as an option. Many males in this country would blatantly admit to you that once a girl visits you at home or in the hostel, then they’ve silently granted green light to sex away.

For those mothers who still have growing kids, please try to teach your sons:

Not to caress a female sleeping close by
Not to have forceful sex with female guests
Not to press your bulge on the back of a female whilst on a queue
Not to make any assumptions that a “green light” has been granted

Nigerian men please stop the RAPE!!!!
