And the court will presume him innocent until proven guilty.
Your so-called professionalism will also be irrelevant in that regard
The video will be subjected to interrogation and of course dismissed for the duress involved
That you can't separate logic from emotions shows that you're not a professional in anything
Rubbish is calling me pedophile apologist. I'm sure you're the cleanest thing around. I hope you're not a Muslim cause all Muslims are actually pedophile apologists and I've not seen you preventing them from having access to kids.
This clown is calling me pedophile apologist in the same country where senators marry 13 year old
Swerve abeg!!

And the minors involved in the case, will not give their own evidence before the court because the guy looked "under duress" in the video?

Let us both watch out how the case will end in court as the Lagos state Domestic and Sexu@l V!olence Agency (DSVA ) don get new customer.

So what is your business
What you've worked with is irrelevant to me
What is relevant to this case is that the video evidence does not make any sense other than sentiment and emotions.
Everything in the video points to an aggressive wife cajoling and coercing a narrative
The guy attached was prosecuted based on evidence of material witnesses as well as the victims graphic description of the events that transpired and even a dullard should see that's a far cry from this particular case
Using it for an illustration shows you're not particularly good at what you claim to do

The video need not make sense to you because you are irrelevant in the scheme of things regarding the direction the trial would go.....It is the trial judge the guy needs to prove to, that he had nothing sexual with the minors mentioned in the video....not sentiment and emotions nor his financial status in the now crashed marriage.

With your consistent deflections, you are a pedophile apologist....minors are not safe around you....you are more focused on why he was recorded not his pedophilic acts, which is criminal.

He will have his day in court, Lagos state government don't spare such deviants and very certain, he would stand before a female judge going by the history of that special court.

Oh yes, you are not wrong with your information so far I also know but, my point of emphasis is on my last paragraph.

I emphasised about care jobs becoming the default choice and a personal journey of persistence and career development. It also keeps my message motivational, encouraging us to aim for more.

However, the reality is that many people have been misled or even scammed by this care job route. It’s become a trap for some, where the promise of staying in the UK ends up taking them further away from their original dreams and aspirations. Far too many have abandoned their true goals in the hope of simply staying afloat.

That "staying afloat" is the immediate concern because the opposite doesn’t look good here in the UK.

It is then left for individuals on Care COS to continually invest in their personal development , no matter how little, bit by bit, so that they will not in the next 5 years from now, still hustling for care job shifts.

If anyone must still come to the UK through the study route, they should intentionally go for courses that would give them a higher chance in the UK job market, not wasting thousands of pounds on nice sounding courses but actually won't give them a chance of getting visa sponsored in that field.

Does your tool involve getting a confession from the molester?
Don't kid yourself. No child molester willingly confesses to the crime. It's just like saying an armed robber who is not caught in the act will suddenly confess to being a thief.
There's no such thing as possibility. If they cohabited before they got married and she was aware of his predatory ways yet chose to overlook it to marry him then she's also complicit in the matter.
My point is looking at that video and the man's demeanor, he looks more like a scared gut than someone opening up about his crimes. The woman's aggressiveness is definitely not because he's a child molester. There's something else underneath. I'll wager the dude is a broke dude who is totally dependent on her. She's looking to put him away because he no longer serves any useful purpose for her.

His financial status will be irrelevant to the presiding judge. If he says, he was made to make the confession under duress then that is the work of his lawyer to prove that in court.

I have no business getting confessional statements from a paedophile, Nigerian policemen are good at that.

My own work focus is on the molested minor.....you should ask how the Lagos State government was able to nail and imprison the guy attached, for defiling a toddler. The prosecuting team did not need a video recording of the sexual act on the minor to prove their case, so if you think a pedophile can get away from the crime because there is no video recording nor a third party witness....you are in, for a long ride.

Looking like a scared goat? I have worked with necrophiles and cannibals who looked like scared goats but it didn't fool me, a bit.

I understand why people take the route of care jobs β€” it's often easier, and I’m not against that. However, my concern is that simply following the crowd or opting for the easiest option shouldn't be the default approach.

For example, I know people in the UK who were sponsored in IT and Marketing β€” not just internally, but even directly from Nigeria β€” without any prior UK experience.

Example 1: A friend completed his MSc Chemistry in Germany, then returned to Nigeria after two years of unsuccessful job hunting. He later moved to the UK on a student visa for another MSc in Chemistry. Despite the pressure, he refused to take up a care job. After some persistence, he eventually landed a position at Siemens Healthcare.

Example 2: Another friend completed his MSc, rejected the care job sponsorship, and instead earned a PhD scholarship in the USA during his post-study period in the UK.

I could give you many more examples from my own experience, but the point is, I’m not against care jobs. What I’m advocating for is professionalism. For instance, if you’ve been working as an engineer or in IT for several years, and you move to the UK to study an MSc in IT, it doesn’t make sense to abandon your expertise and settle for a care job just for sponsorship.

You and I are capable of much more, and we should always aim higher.

Goodluck!!!

Many opted for the care sponsorship as their "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" to give them the realistic opportunity to remain in the UK while hoping to find their way back to their previous fields in the future as it is risky to put one's eggs in one basket.

I also know some who are from the set of Masters students who came to the UK in 2021, their post study work visas will be expiring late January and early February, with no certificate of sponsorship from care jobs nor certificate of sponsorship from "professiona"l jobs and returning back to Nigeria in the coming weeks with their families, is a reality.

A good number of them I know, did have opportunity to get care sponsorship FOR FREE in the early days when COS became a thing in early part of 2022, as lot of local agencies in the UK was hustling international students to take the care COS, I received emails back then before it became big business of selling COS.

We can't discount those who eventually got COS in their desired field, some had to "swallow their pride" and pay for care COS, while some who didn't japa to another Country, will now be heading back to Nigeria or remain in the UK as an overstayer.

Never put all your eggs in one basket, hold on to something.

How many child molesters have you seen willingly confessing to doing such when not caught red-handed

How will confessing be a lesser damage when he can easily deny and even the mother of the child would tentatively not push for justice

It seems more like a contrived assault on the guy from his domineering wife

From the timeline of what she's describing and the Op's claim that they've been married for 8 months, it seems he's been abusing the girl BEFORE they got married. How that is possible is left to be seen

I professionlly facilitate getting child molesters end up in prisons without catching those pedophiles in the sexual acts as I do not need to witness the acts when there are professional tools to use and trails are very visible.

The girl's mother not pushing for justice is irrelevant because defilement is statutory, so it now a case between the guy and the Lagos State government, the girl's mother can not stop the prosecution.

If the guy feels it is a contrived assault against him by his now ex-wife, it is within his legal right to sue her.

They have been married for 8 months and dated longer, there is possibility they cohabited before marriage.

He should get a lawyer to prove to the judge at the court that he never had sexual contact with the minor, to avoid being convicted and spending some years in prison alongside having his name registered in the sexual offenders register that is maintained by the Lagos State government.

He sure will be in the attached building, soon.

I'm just looking at the psychology
What will make a man confess to his wife and the mother of his victim on camera without any prodding?

Was he caught red-handed?
If not, then something is fishy

Something is not "fishy", he hoped confessing would be the lesser damage when compared to getting him arrested and with the mother of the victim rationalizing his sexual deviancy by spiritualizing it, he opted to acknowledge what he had done.

That is Forensic Psychology 101.

He would still kneel down and beg, while being raped in prison by his fellow men...he won't escape that, as that is a normal level in prisons for pedophiles.

And using a Christian name jeopardises the travel that she has to denounce it to study?

A very huge waving red flag....no be only going to Egypt for FREE study, most trafficking is coated with "good intention" as it ends up with sexual exploitation. Many girls and women are being trafficked to Egypt for prostitution.

The OP's way is not pure, he wants to get an international passport for the minor under a Muslim name, to beat suspicion....don't forget that he sells sex products.
