The Mining Cadastre Office is tasked with issues certifications for Quarry, Small Scale Mining, Exploration License, Water use and Large Scale Mining Lease so it depends on the scale of start up.

Please how is LME price calculated? lets say a client gives you the price he is paying for lead ore at LME 42% / tonne. how is the calculation done? assuming LME for lead is $2800

First they has to be some discount on LME Price

Usually the discount percentage is subtracted from 100% to give LME Base Price (e.g if your discount is 20% then base LME Price is $2,240) hence your 42% LME Lead will be $940.8 per tonne

As with all things in Nigeria, We let the technology become obsolete and we spend billions of dollars trying to re-upgrade it. A lot of this money gets misappropriated and the cycle goes on and on

You dont need to notarize medical form and police clearance. Just your academic and birth docs (ie Bsc Diploma, Transcript, Birth Certificate, WAEC Result etc)

You are being generous on how long it will take to bounce back from such a deficiency.....Some key professions will be lost for at least a generations. Since the disappearances are random, it is very possible that say all cardiologist are gone and a 2% population with naturally occurring cardiovascular rates will thin out pretty soon. This skills can obviously be re-learnt but the initial bottleneck will wipe out at least 50-90% of the 2%.

An average nuclear plant can run for weeks unattended. And even if that fails, there are emergency procedures put in place for practically any john to shut it down in case of emergencies. A simple press of a designated button in the control room can effectively shut a nuclear plant down nowadays.

There are bound to be few nuclear plants that will explode of course, but the thing with nuclear plants are they are mostly constructed in isolated places where no one save for the workers live. And if there are only 2% of people left on earth, there is high probable chance that no one will even be affected by the meltdown at all.

Granted this is true but again dont estimate the compound effect of atleast 10 plants meltdown. Power grid failure will be massive and occur almost everywhere.

The most improbable part of her story obviously is about the guy who built a copy machine to return her back. How did that work? Why didnt the guy build the machine since and re-unite families and make a ton of money doing so. Does not make sense

Its safe to assume that some countries would have had everyone disappear and others everyone bar a few people.

How many planes would have crashed? On average they are 6,000 planes in the air at a time. How much of the 2% died this way?

How many nuclear plants would have gone into meltdown? The possibility that everybody disappeared from certain nuclear plants is very high. Secondly transportation to those sites by other teams would have been nigh impossible.

Most communications will go down within a few weeks. Disease and famine will kill a huge part of the 2% within a few years.
