Education / Re: Covenant University's Track Record Of Abuse And The Irresponsibility Of NUC by Mofe72: 8:13am On Apr 04, 2018
HigherEd:

I have seen the video myself. This time around Covenant would be taught an important lesson. I know someone has forwarded the video to Webometrics, Times Higher and the international red cross and so they can exclude Covenant from subsequent rankings as protest for this kind of behavior. The President of Webometrics just confirmed an hour ago that he received such video though he recommended the students get "local authorities" involved.

Covenant offers excellent academic education but we must call out every nonsensical behaviour in the school.

Lmao! See all this talk didn’t start today. Nothing will happen

Already?

This is why I hate samsung. They put too much irrelavant features and bloatwares on phones that make it hard for them to update or continue to update their phones.

IPhone 4 is still getting update. Some google nexus series are still getting updated.

Samsung only give one major update and the update will even come when google is already preparing launch another update.

Useless company.

The iPhone 4 isn’t getting updates bro. It stopped at iOS 9

does high school fees earn high IQ?
if yes kindly show me yours

You completely went off track by bringing in IQ. School doesn’t give you high IQ. Similarly high IQ without relevant application leads to redundancy.

Because you can’t afford it, doesn’t make people who can afford it stupid.

The only reason Federal and state universities are cheap in Nigeria, is because the government funds them with taxpayers money.
They aren’t even doing a good job of funding these schools. Look at your classrooms, laboratories, libraries etc.

SMH at the stupid replies here. If you don't want sex, tell him NO. Meanwhile, try and maintain financial independence so as to avoid stories that touch.

If it doesn't workout, move on.

It's the same ignorant guys here that will insult a woman for having sex, they will still insult her for refusing to have sex. Common sense is not common.

You know girls overseas are hardworking and independent, they foot most of their bills themselves and 98% of them date for love, they don't care if he is rich or poor, what matters is the love and connection they share, not like majority of you Nigerian girls who are very lazy and want to hook up a rich guy through alll means, so yes she had the money to pay because she works I'm sure you wouldn't have been able to pay because you are broke and I'm sure you have no job.

LMAO!!!! 98% date for what!!!
Please which survey did you do to come to that conclusion?
Mind you, it was breakfast meal she ordered (from a "fast-food" place). Not Italian restaurant oh.

A lot of people in Nigeria and abroad date for reasons other than love. It's not a Nigerian thing or African thing.

98% my ass grin

Where did the term 'broke-ass nigga' originate from?

How about the recent upsurge in baby mama drama, child support issues and alimony (especially in the West), is it not due to people looking for money in relationships?

If you have an s7 edge, stick with it. There is really nothing new in the s8 except Bixby, wait android 8.0 for s7 edge has Bixby but not with Bixby voice. Why do you need Bixby when you have Google assistance. I recently got the s8+ and I prefer my s7 edge to it because it feels premium. This tech companies have nothing new to offer seriously.

These days they just prey on human social insecurity

A 3D face scanner

Samsung has been criticized for not having a 3D face scanner to compete with the Face ID in Apple's iPhone X. But a report from The Investor says that Samsung has partnered with 3D camera firm Mantis Vision to finally get a 3D scanner into the Galaxy S10.

Not much is known about the feature yet, but it's believed that the Mantis Vision technology will be able to compete on the same level as the Face ID feature on the iPhone X.

True bezel-free design, in-screen fingerprint reader

Samsung is clearly a believer in a bezel-less design and will likely remain so in 2019. In fact, according to a report in The Indian Express, the World Intellectual Property Organization recently published a Samsung patent filing that describes a new smartphone design featuring a completely bezel-less design.

Better yet, the patent shows a fingerprint scanner under the display, suggesting that this feature could also make its way to a Galaxy handset. While it's unclear whether the patent design will appear in the Galaxy S10, there's a good chance we'll see some sort of design overhaul in 2019.

Sticking with Qualcomm
In a move that could inform what happens in the Galaxy S10, Samsung in February announced that it had invested $5.6 billion in a new factory to build 7-nanometer chipsets. Not only would that allow for a smaller chip, but it would also pave the way for the company to make a variety of design changes with the extra room it'll have inside the handset.............................

Release date
It's too soon to predict the exact release date for the Galaxy S10, but if history is any guide, Samsung will likely stick to a similar timetable in 2019 as in other years. That means you should expect to see the new handset announced at next year's Mobile World Congress show, which gets underway Feb. 25. If Samsung follows a similar pattern for the S10 as did for the S9, the new phone would hit shelves by mid-March 2019.

I'm just here for the in-screen fingerprint sensor

Crime / London Murder Rate Higher Than New York’s In 2018 by Mofe72: 11:08am On Apr 03, 2018
A teenager died in her mother's arms as she become the latest victim in a deadly crime spree which has gripped the capital and claimed 47 lives.
The girl, named as Tanisha, was found with a gunshot wound by police officers at 9.35pm having been shot in Chalgrove Road, Tottenham, and despite emergency services trying desperately for an hour to save her life, she died in the street at 10.43pm.
Scotland Yard told MailOnline that her killer is still on the loose and according to eyewitness reports on social media, the innocent teenager was caught in the crossfire in a gang war.
On the same day, a 16-year-old boy was left fighting for his life after being shot in a separate incident minutes later less than two miles away in Walthamstow, East London.
A 17-year-old boy was also stabbed and he is understood to be critically injured.
The streets of London are now more deadly than New York, with the capital recording a higher murder rate for the first time in modern history in February.
So far this year, the Metropolitan Police has launched 47 murder investigations - eight in January, 15 in February, 22 in March and two in April.

I also know people who didn’t make their jamb or some of their papers and had to wait for another chance to get into private universities. To all the lasses and slay queens envying her success and those who have her as their role model....Social media has a filter to separate struggles, sweats and failed attempts from success, glory and glamour which you see when a celebrity news hits the internet.

Just like this girl called Adaeze Aduaka, do you know how many joysticks she has sucked and forked on her way to stardom?

do you know how many 69, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl positions she has given in a bid to win local pageants in a department, faculty and community?

Think about it

Northern ladies are much more simpler and conservative than their southern counterparts. They cannot afford to bring disgrace to their families so they behave themselves. Even though they get up to mischief, it’s usually extremely coded. I don’t want to believe they are all clean and innocent after all a few years back, one of the Indimi daughters(Merama) got involved in a huge scandal where her nudes were leaked in the internet by one of her Hausa lovers. But the thing is they know how to clean up their mess on the rare occasions they fuçk up. You won’t even find any trace of the pictures on the internet now, her billionaire daddy parted with major money to accomplish that. So they might be getting fuckèd but you’ll never see it
