I highly doubt any credibility to Germany Visa fast track. Although if you plan well, you may not have to wait so long to have appointment date. Like if you are just starting your A1, and for Nursing I believe you’ll need to learn up to B2, so during the course of you learning the language (which will take you say 1year minimum) if you have applied for the the application, it will be counting down and coincide with the time your appointment will reach 1year.

At least a B2 is REQUIRED for any vocational training or for jobs that requires a German proficiency.

Go for the language school, with ONLY intent of language learning, or settle for Goethe Institut nearest to you.

The child is 5 years old... Technically, only the mother owns the child right now.

I doubt if Germany will issue a family reunion visa to a 5 year old. If I'm the officer in charge, I will reject the application on first instance.

Let the mother file for herself and together with the child. She has to state it IF that option is there.

No, They are planning to apply for a visa appointment together now. The mother plans to apply for a study visa while the son will apply for a reunion. I just want to know if this will be possible.

Possible but might raise concerns about her she will be able to cope. She should somehow infuse it in her embassy motivation letter, how she plans to take care of her son (kindergarten and university's social/child support programme).
She will need additional amount for blocked account for the child.

2. Job: If you are offered a job in Germany, you can as well apply.

But what is the range for your purpose of travel? 6 months? 1 year ?
It will be safe if you are not certain otherwise, purchase a return ticket and insure it with about 15 euros for flexibility of travel date.

I guess he meant if your certificate is in English meaning that your language of instruction was in English.

Germany will not issue me an English written certificate if my study was in German, then, I will need a translation or apostille

If you read the website very carefully, you will notice that Abuja is responsible for ONLY CONSULAR Services, everything except for Visa purposes.

Lagos is responsible for visas.

That means he was Debited the money and did not receive the money.

This information is also on your University handbook and ONLY provide the information handbook as at when you were admitted and/or graduated.

In many universities e.g OAU and UNIBEN, this information is present on the back of the transcript.

Just a little updates on my application.
My appointment was 9 am but I arrived much earlier, was attended to and I submitted before 8:30. I went there early because I wanted to return to my base same day.

I already arranged my documents as advised, so I had no challenge with that.

I was however exempted from visa fees and interviews.

The only challenge was the birth certificate. I presented NPC age attestation but the lady who attended to be said age declaration deposed to by the head of family is the acceptable one!

Actually I thought they are the same because the NPC is also a form of age declaration but she later accepted it and said she would allow her boss to decide if my NPC birth is fine.

Please, does anyone know how soon I can expect their decision since I plan to travel in first week or March?

At this stage, I doubt if you will enjoy more express services but give it 4-6 weeks after they received your complete application documents.

As for the birth certificate, get the NPC birth certificate done while you wait.
