I read the post intoto broda......There's a different between a company downsizing, rightsizing and diversifying.......In this case, its an outright downsizing. A company can hardly downsize or sack employees it had invested so much on when the economic realities are in a positive shape......you won't understand till you feel it.

instead of showing someone who knows a little about business or finance to explain to you , you still insisting you are right.

please click on the link and read up then read the article and put two and two together .

also lemme give u an example. I sell electronics and cars ... I decide to focus on selling electronics because that's where I make astronomical profits , Will I not lay off the workers at my car shop?
it's a purely business decision.. even in countries experiencing large scale economic growth businesses take such actions so leave pmb alone

PDP seems to have begun the process of internal cleansing and renewal. While I do not have the least regards for the party, I consider this a positive development for our democracy. Any person (or party) who confesses his sins and promises not to go back to his evil ways deserves a second chance.
---
Recovery of looted funds is probably more important to this administration than prosecution of looters. One of the revenue lines in the 2016 budget is loot recoveries (N300b+), so it is absolutely imperative that the yam eaters cough out every yam.
---
The government might forgive secondary beneficiaries through plea bargain if they return the yams without rancor. This will enable the administration focus its meagre resources in prosecuting primary looters like Dasuki, Dikko (Customs), Dieziani, Akpobolokemi (NIMASA), etc.

lucky igbinefion said he made mistakes in his first term & along with his father begged Edo people to give him a 2nd chance ... he used the ENTIRE 2nd term to loot even more .

bode George said he's come out of prison a New man but he collecd dasuk yams

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Man Was Told To Solve This Moral Dilemma In An Interview. His Answer's Genius. by mrDennis(m): 8:39pm On Jan 10, 2016
Kelklein:
Man was told to solve this moral Dilemma in a Job Interview. His answer is genius.

Question:

You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night. You pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for the bus.

1. An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.

2. An old friend who once saved your life.

3. The perfect woman (or) man you have been dreaming about.

Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing that there could only be one passenger in your car?

Think before you continue reading. This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as a part of a job application.

You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first; or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to pay him back. However, you may never be able to find your perfect dream lover again.

The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer. I love this. I might actually use it sometimes for an interview situation.

He simply answered: "I would give the car keys to my old friend, and let him take the old lady to the hospital. I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the woman of my dream".

Never forget to "Think Outside of the Box"

cc: lalasticlala

stop deceiving yourself .. no one hires you because of such questions. also there are even LOTS of answers to that question and that answer also has it flaws .

OK ITS A WILD STORMY NIGHT ... YOU DECIDE TO STAY WITH THE WOMAN OF YOUR DREAMS YOU WILL DIE OF PNEUMONIA !

are you riding a bicycle ? why can't u pick all 3 passengers lol

anyway like I said NO ONE HIRES you because of your answer to such questions (only) g

Gej era was peaceful because apc hadn't arrived z there was no real strong opposition . now what we have is 2 big parties . each election will be hsrdfought .

I really hope NYSC members get screened better for these elections... too many dullards partcipatng in the process that's why simple card reader ( which is the best policy yet). and matching incidence forms is being bungled .

in fact till this day if u wear camo soldier sight u , accost u and u not NDA or an army man then u will pull it off immediately (in front of everyone) .

they are not being banned from covering their face ... I think the ban is on the long hijab ( covering their whole body)
also BH suspects (male). use the veil to move around and scout areas so even a ban on face covering isn't going too far.

the women are not against it. ( I was friends with one in osun). it's the men who insist on it (I think it's a sub sect in Islam. that preaches it sha can't remember). after all nd chyke I been dey chyke the woman.

Thanks so much. You asked if I believed in charms and babalowos and if I do I should believe in God.

If you go back to my post you should know that what I don't believe in is that God as portrayed by religious books cannot be the God that created the universe.

God as portrayed by religious books is a partial vengeful god who choses who will live and who will die. Who will be poor and who will be rich. A god that will command Samuel and king Saul to kill everyone in Amalek including babies.

As for shrines and deities, they are indeed powerful. But ask yourself; why did they allow the white man conquer Africa? Why are some of the things with these shrines and deities archaic such as killing twins?

You know what? Gods, shrines, deities, prophets, miracles etc are nothing but the forces of the universe in action. Gravity, electromagnetic waves and the nuclear forces. That's why the African deities are still active but cannot stop the white man because the white man knows the workings of these forces more than the African.

There is power behind the universe. We don't know if it's in human form or energies. But God as portrayed by the religions is pathetic.

hmm I 100% understand your Point.. but you still failed to answer me.
you see these electromagnetic forces etc u mentioned are all controlled by something( a god or God). BEFORE you doubt whether any god or God created the univese you should remember even we humans create things just to destroy them, raise animals with care just so we can devour/eat them.

I'm not here to tell you what to believe in , but as far as u human u must believe in something .
I just choose to believe in the bible.. cos it serves as my moral compass and connect to the most high.
how God deals with my enemies isn't my concern.

MY EXPERIENCE ON FRIDAY.
it's the end of the working day , i decide against going back the mainland on Saturday I head to marina to pick brt to mile 12:
After queuing for 30 mins or so a bus finally arrives
*alas seats already filled but we can't risk another wait for a bus so many of us decide to stand .
Sadly there is traffic , heavy traffic and despite leaving our take off point by 5:30(approx) we reach Mike 12 by 9pm(approx) .
.
Now this is the interesting thing NOT ONE person who was seated offered any of us (over 20/30 people) standing a chance to swap so they could rest their feet (even if it was for 20-30 mins). Even my fellow youngster ( am sure we in same age bracket) declined to. Shift a lil so I could lean on his arm rest.
I began to wonder didn't we all pay the same fare? Could anyone have predicted such heavy gridlock that even brt couldn't seemlessly conquer??

So I ask this question what do people learn In the churches , shrines, mosques and wherever atheist go?
When I got home and reflected i realised many of us are so self centred we do not even know what being kind means.

Please I urge us to make it a duty to carry out acts of kindness.
Whether it is illuminating your part of the street via a lightbulb so @ night there is visibility, abiding my driving rules (speed limits, zebra crossings, lanes etc) to ensure our roads are safer etc.

our problem in this country is greed and self centredness .... how bout we eliminate selfish tendencies and am sure greed (which feeds off on self centeredness). Will die a natural death.

Also let me make it known to obaino that any attempt by him to join APC will consign him to a one term governor. I noticed he is becoming desperate for second tenure. Like how he rescinded his ban on okada. We are watching. We shall never allow APC in igboland. Ekwunife is a non issue.

The OP's observation is a pathetic one. This can only happen among black people. But he still made a remark I feel he should correct. He asked if they don't read their bible or chose to be gullible. Is it not the same bible that started the whole shit of a benevolent vengeful god? A god who choses whom to bless. A god who choses who will die in an accident and who will survive. A god who made an adulterer and murderer like David a man after his heart. A god the Israelites claim gives them permission to commit genocide. That's what the pastors and terrorists are harping on. Don't blame them. Someone in the person of Moses started the lies. When we throw away religion, we'll begin to reap the fruits of this universe made by the Almighty God.

do u believe in the existence of "gods" like sango, amadioha etc? do u believe native doctors , mami water , witches , wizards exist? do u believe charms work? if u believe any of the above exist but you do not believe GOD does then you need help.

and if you do not believe any of them exist then abeg pm me so we head to a shrine and you challenge the babalawo to a duel.

my only grouse with most churches request for money ... in my mum's church they would say e.g those who want to give God N5,000. should come out ..(they will pray for them and after taking their names and contact) call another set who Wants to give God 10,000 and so on.

suddenly people give not for giving but to show-off, compete with others , avoid shame for standing up for small money like 1-4k. etc . while those who can't give at all don't bother going to church until they have money to sow seeds and make vows .
