In what looks like a ferry tale, the case of the seed of discord between the housewife and the daughter over boyfriend, it was reliably gathered, was borne out of evil intentions, especially with the circumstances that are said to be surrounding the shameful incident.
Sources said the fight which led the mother biting off a scoopful of flesh from the daughter’s ear, took place around camp 74 behind Ibori Golf course within Asaba campus of the Delta State University.

The 46-year-old woman is the secret lover of an Ibo trader who was deported to Nigeria three years ago from Spain, but he allegedly hoodwinked the woman’s daughter into a relationship.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 arrested a suspected serial fraudster, Dr. Kunle Adeshola, who issued a forged draft to the tune of N3.29billion, in a phony land deal.

The suspect, who presented himself as Director, Corporate and Management Service, Amazon Inc., had allegedly entered a contract with Atkan Services Nigeria Limited for the purchase of 50 units of flats in different locations within the FCT, Abuja
and subsequently presented a Deutsche Bank, "bank draft" no 081758 in the sum of $19.930, 900.00 purportedly drawn by Deutsche Bank in favour of Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Limited. But the draft was returned unpaid after Stanbic IBTC Plc, discovered it was forged and reported the fraud to the Central Bank of Nigeria.

So this morning, I received a mail and a text message that Five Star Music artist Skiibii collapsed in his sitting room and died. And they sent me the photo above. The source said he'd dressed up and was going for his media rounds today when he suddenly fell and was unable to be revived. Because I know the guys at Five Star Music, I contacted them for confirmation. I actually called the music label's artist manager, Soso Soberekon, to confirm the news. Soso, who had already posted a candlelight image on his instagram page said he would call me back with confirmation, that they were just hearing about the incident, that he and Kcee were in Europe. He called me back at exactly 10.02am to confirm that Skiibii had passed on. So I carried the news.

A 22-year-old trader, Kuburat Sanni, has, on Thursday, in Lagos, appeared in an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court for allegedly stabbing a woman.
Sanni was accused of stabbing the woman over alleged dating of her husband. Sanni, who resides at No. 18, Akindia St., Agege , Lagos, is being tried for breach of peace, assault and conspiracy.
The Prosecutor, Mr Kehinde Olatunde, told the court that the accused and others still at large allegedly committed the offences on July 9 at her residence.

A Zuba Upper Area court in Abuja on Monday sentenced 34-year-old Uche Duru, to four months imprisonment for beating up a commercial s*x worker.
