@jamesbridget big congrats to you, this joy is permanent. Amen @mumihaja@ayaayo both of you are very correct, truly we are not doctors but you can't rule out(experience),cus it's possible for someone to give advise based on her previous experience which I think brought about mumihaja response to her situation, couple with the fact that she mentioned bleeding and not spotting, and she happens to be a first time mummy. If someone gave me this kind of push in 2013 when i took in, when i was spotting and mistaken it for implantation bleeding i for dey for second missionary journey now *wipe tears* 7 Likes |

@To all mama talking about CM, I read an account online that most women ovulate the day after their fertile CM stops, seeing fertile CM does not mean one ovulate and not seeing doesn't mean ovulation does not take place, seeing fertile CM simply means your body is preparing to ovulate, so please don't stop kpekusin just because fertile CM stop, BD 2-3days after it stops 1 Like |

@4realwoman baby CHILLAX, as in relax completely, instead of worrying start praising God, tell him you trust him completely to perfect and complete what he started, take off your eyes from circumstances or situation that doesn't agreed with the word of God concerning pregnancy, look unto God the author and the finisher of our faith. cyntobless: I just have to chip this in, if you are having recurrent infection RUN away from sugar totally and reduce your ccarbohydrates intake to the barest minimum, eat more of fruits to get the needed vitamins and minerals to replenish your body needs. |

I key into that revelation by @mumihaja to claim my twins in jesus name. I totally agreed with today's prayer by midnight, I will like to suggest that we should make it more of praises than prayer, because from the revelation, it shows our prayer has been answer, let's praise God for the manifestation. I could remember sometimes in 2013 when had that kind of gathering where mama came out in the midnight to post songs of praises in different dialets, the bfp that follows was enormous. 6 Likes |

Helloooooo to all soon to belleful mamas, congrats to already belleful mamas...make una forgive my MIA joor, na safe06 teach me @iomoge here is our experience with gangaria. I started vitex 400mg twice daily on cd1 to regulate hormone, cus last cycle I ended up having 35mm and 42mm cyst, so my reason for going natural this cycle. Dh brought it home last week friday which he started taking 5cover of the bottle mix with 1/2 tin of peak milk for 3days as I posted earlier, I couldn't join him not until I got the lime on Sunday. I went for HSG test on Thursday, painless but with little discomfort. To the Glory of God both tube are patent, but was told there was minor pelvic adhesion (my God is bigger). On Wednesday cd6(a day before hsg) I went for follicle tracking and 17mm,8.9mm follicles were seen on the right ovary,22mm, 23mm on left ovary. In my mind I was thinking the only viable follicle will be the 8.9mm every other ones must be cyst. On Saturday cd9 went for another follicle tracking and17mm,17mm were seen on right ovary and 23mm,22mm,13mm,12mm on the left. The man doing the test asked me madam have you been taking any fertility medicine like clomid; I said no that I am only taking vitex, vit e and folic acid. On Sunday cd10 in the night i took my 1st dosage of gangaria with lime, then again on Monday morning and night, I'm suppose to go for follicle tracking on Monday cd11,couldn't go cus I was busy All for me to go in on Tuesday cd12 and was told all follicle has been released, As in no one was sighted including the cyst has disappeared, I couldn't believe it I told the man to give me 45mins to allow my bladder to fill up well maybe the urine is not enough that's why he's not seen anything....I went in again after 1hr nothing was seen. Then I started panicking 1-hubby traveled since Friday he came back on Monday which we dtd on Tuesday morning, and I don't even know when the eggs released, had it been I went on Monday would have known. 2-the fear of the follicle been forced to released prematurely due to the size of the follicle from the last scan. The last scan was on Saturday, I took the gangaria from Sunday night and Monday morning and night then stop as opposed to 1 week duration cus of impending ovulation. Both I and dh did not purge during the consumption of gangaria, it's been the normal way as before. But dh has been saying it's like something is loosing from his waist and spinal cord since he started taking. I still believe the disappearance of the cyst is nothing but a Miracle from 35mm×42mm to 23mm×22mm then to Zero mm. APOLOGY FOR THE LENGTHY POST 11 Likes 1 Share |

triangullar: @triangullar my dh bought gangaria herbal last week for his waist pain and jedi jedi and this is the direction given for usage for ttc men and women- For women-4cover of the bottle mix with 2spoonful of lime to be taking morning and night for 1week. For men-4-5cover of the bottle mix with 1/2 tin milk (peak or Hollandia) to be taking 1st thing in the morning before food, the remaining 1/2 tin of milk to be used with 4cover of the gangaria last thing at night. This is to be done for 3days that's 6times with milk. After which it will be used without milk to complete the 1 week duration this is for men with sperm related issues. I will be back to post our experience with gangaria |

Lynsunny: in that case get lemon cut into two and rub the liquid directly on your face before bed allow it to dry before lying down, so as to avoid it been wipe off, then rise of with warm water on waking up, you should be able to notice a change within a week.
