i'm a network admin. pls how do i allocate allocate megabyt data among users on a network.

we have a mtn modem for internet but they are always mimanaging it and the responsibility falls on my shoulder. pls how do i restcrit each user on the network to a predetermined amount of megabite from our internet subscription such that the 6GB would be equally distributed. i.e. if user A finished his own alloted mgbt, he will no longer be able to browse.

pls i need to know if there's any difference in networking windos and mac?
