Brother you can apply for critical skills work permit. IT is also under critical skills in South Africa. Critical skills work permit can lead to permanent residence permit. You have a brighter future. Please don't come to South Africa with 3 month visiting Visa.

Helli guys...please I need some clarification..I wanna relocate to SA in January but I have 2 different sources who are giving me confusing information...
My friend relocated about 3 months ago and he is saying I MUAT get an invitation letter alongside my visa before im granted entry at d immigration..He is charging me 200k for d visa and 60k for d invitation dat 260k to enter sa.And he is also saying if i book a hotwl and im coming on a 1 month visa dat I must pay for d 1 month and I will provide d proof of payment at d immigration..Abeg I neva hear dat one before. Of course im not a fool when information full everywhere..
Secondly d other guy is a visa agent who advertised his advert on nairaland and charged 110k for d visa and says I dont need any invitation dat I just need to book a hotel..
Please can someone shed some light on this pls..thanx

This is just to give heads up on DUBAI VISAS...Anyone applying for Dubai visa should be warned that the usual 10 days grace that's given to visitors on the usual 1 mnth visa has been cancelled.It automatically means that extension has also been cancelled as well.So any agent telling you that he would do 2 mnths visa just wants to chop your money.You get a one month or 3 months visa direct.Dont allow any agent fool you cos many Nigerians are stranded here in the UAE cos of misinformation..

Going to Dubai,just set $200 aside for accommodation..Try to get at least anoda $300 for Ur pocket money.Especially for Transportatiin,Cos as a first timer,u don't know anywhere nor anyone.So u cud be restricted to taking a Taxi from d airport which is super expensive.And for those oga's at d airport,just get change of #500 each.Make sure say naa 5,5 hundred naira note.so even when u give one person like 2,he go free u.So stupid wicked ones might wanna delay u,threatening dat ull miss Ur flight if u don't settle dem well..Just try as much as u can Neva to let dem see Ur dollars..But b rest assured they can Neva make u miss ur flight.
