NYSC / Re: How To Join The OBS (orientation Broadcasting Service)at Camp, and Things To Know by Nahnahvlogs(f): 11:11pm On Dec 15, 2019
The next day we went for daily lectures and the lecture as usual was boring I sat at the front close to where some guys who were already part of the OBS sat they were the technical crew that one was more important so they called for people who could handle those technical stuffs and got some interested persons.
One of the guys was on a face mask I'll show an example, so I couldn't even see his face then he was saying something and describing with his face but I couldn't tell until be removed the mask and said you have a beautiful face lol.I said thank you and the we started conversing since the lecture was boring everyone was trying to keep their selves busy.
Here is a picture of me on a face mask (lol) the dust is too too much so a face mask would be very helpful and needed.
Hope you're enjoying it.

The next day I went there in the morning and the guy I met a night before told me that I should check back later in the day that the screening process would be discussed to us.
Later that day,the person in charge of the media stuffs on camp he's called the PRO spoke with all of the interested person, we were plentyyyy o ehn. The man gave us like a one hour speech I was tired (lol).
He started with mass communication students and said they automatically have a slot because of their course, well I read marketing I wouldn't say by mistake because I learnt alot but if I read mass communication it would have made stuffs more easier for me in the media space, after which he asked of those who have experiences in various TVs or radio stations. Thank God I have experience o,so he asked us questions, the radio station, location what we did etc mine was at Albarka FM 89.9 Ilorin, thanks to my mentor for the opportunity else things might have been slightly difficult with my course alone.People were seriously jotting as he was talking, it went on like that then he said we still have task's we all would come up with a program demo(the screening),a program we feel we can anchor or if possible write out a program that could be produced. I was ready for it but what would the program be on? We were to submit the next morning by 10am.He also pleaded and advised those that joined all in the name to avoid drillings and some other activities not to see OBS as a hiding place as only those who would be on duty should be found in the studio at that time, some persons got discouraged already because they couldn't think of a program, some because they couldn't start writing but we all have reasons why we do stuffs right?
NYSC / Re: How To Join The OBS (orientation Broadcasting Service)at Camp, and Things To Know by Nahnahvlogs(f): 9:59pm On Dec 15, 2019
I walked in I wasn't too wowed(ours isn't like the ideal OBS studio of some states) and mind you we weren't even in our state if deployment so things weren't really set. I met a man there he was the one taking care of the place and handling the studio till corp members were recruited, He was nice nice, I told him my reasons for coming and that I want to make enquiries and know more and if registration has started and all sha,he gave me a full scap sheet to put down my name,Is that all I asked he said Yes! A friend already told me before then that we should go through a screening process so with this I felt like we would be too crowded no screening nothing, I thanked him and left.
My friend who was also interested! I called him immediately I left there so he went to put down his name and that was it for that day.
Pardon the punctuation errors please.
Thanks for reading.

I'm sorry for the delay, too many engagements to attend to.
After my a day plus journey I was seriously stressed but I was still trying to search if I could see a sign post with OBS on it.I have read various blog poet before going to camp and they were all like once you get to camp look for the studio and make enquiries.
The second day at camp was for registration, I sha ensured I finished my registration and also got my NYSC Kits.I still didn't ask anyone about OBS,in the evening of that day I asked my friend whom we came from same school if he was interested in joining since he was also a mass communication student,he said he was. There was still no sign of OBS anywhere so the guy who was first our proposed platoon leader(later became the platoon leader) was around I also asked him so he told he it was around the kitchen area, this time I was feeling like I was late and maybe they were taking people in already.
The third day came so fast and still no sign,so that night I went to the mosque to pray and on my way back to the hostel I decided let me check out the kitchen area since that's where it is said to be,mind you I heard a guy talking that night on relationship and stuff. I was like I am late people got in already (in my mind o)lol
So I saw another lady who looked more like a staff well I don't know around the kitchen area and asked her and she said she's not sure but its within this area, luckily for me I was moving in the right direction. I got in front of the place, walked in and....

Orientation Broadcasting Service (OBS) is one of the few recognized and important organization at camp and I was fortunate to be one of the members. It takes discipline and prioritizing it for you to be a member and also an active one because there are a lot of activities you might want to involve yourself in but because you're a member of the OBS crew you might not be able to,I'll be writing my experience, lessons learnt and how we were screened in to become a member, limiting it NYSC Borno which we camped at Katsina. Batch C stream 1.
This is for those interested in joining, the prospective corp members, those who feel like they don't know what it's all about because even at camp with my tag on some fellow corp members still asked please what's the full meaning of OBS so I guess this will help in a way, those who were part of their various OBS crew in other camps can also share so others can learn.I'll continue right below.
Hope you enjoy it and below is a picture of me with my tag on.lolll

I was able to achieve that at Nike Art Gallery. It was weird you know when you're talking to yourself in public, people might not hear you audibly but they'll be wondering what is up?lol
I explored every nook and cranny if the place, there were foreigners, nice one's because when I and my cousin were struggling to take pictures of ourselves on two occasions they offered to help.I didn't take any accurate numbers of the number of staffs she has or numbers of paintings all I know is she has staffs who are also welcoming and paintings who'll make you reflect and think deep.

"My life is imperfect so are these art works.
People from far and wide, friends and relatives admire my beauty just like these art works.
We share things in common-I and these art works.
I have flaws no one can see, except I,my maker (God) and very very few persons-just like these art works have flaws only the artist can see."

I had a time of reflection and I was really happy to do it,there were a lot of inspirations I got there, and I'll recommend others to visit also because art works and paintings should be seen and felt and not explained/defined!
Location; Nike art gallery is at No2 oba yekini elegushi rd,Lekki phase1
Painted in white colour.
Thank you for reading, and if you've visited the place tell me what and what you learnt from there and if you intend to visit let me know.

Nike Art Gallery is a three story building and the ambience is very welcoming with the very cool room filled with Air con.A night to my birthday I was like where should I go to and that was the first place that came to my mind, I took up my phone and browsed about it,checked if they open on a Sunday, the time and the fare to go in.
Nike Art Gallery is free
It opens everyday. On Sundays it opens by 12 and closes by 6pm
There are staffs and security men inside and outside the building which is painted white, its just close to the beginning of the street so you shouldn't find it hard to locate, these staffs are there to guide us and also correct you if you get carried away and start touching.
When you go in you're to write your name in a book and other details, maybe for follow-up.
The owner of the Gallery was around but she had guests on that day,I tell you she is very very accommodating and nice,I'm saying this because I had a very short conversation with her and I hope to have her as a guest on my YouTube channel soon.I wanted a me time like move around reflect over my past years and my recent one year, the things have achieved and the little ones left.

Business / Challenges Entrepreneurs Face And Solutions by Nahnahvlogs(f): 10:19pm On Dec 12, 2019
While I was making the video itself it was challenging I don't know. It took me basically a week to finally upload it.
On this write up I talked on Challenges faced as entrepreneurs and how to tackle them,
The starting point could be challenging, there comes with it a lot of self doubts, doubts from family and friends too so starting something new can be very challenging because at that point little negative words could jeopardize your dreams and maybe make you quit.
Here are some if what I talked on
1.Getting the perfect marketing strategy for your business.
2.The right people,
3.Capital
4.Time Management
5.Dealing with people and many other stuffs.
Mind you these aren't all the problems you'll face as an entrepreneur but these are the ones I talked about.

Loll, you can't give up just yet sis.I've gone into two different businesses and I've learnt, its not easy but your reason should be strong enough to keep you going,so if you get tired just know the reason why you're doing it. that's why its advisable to do something you're passionate about.I wish you the very best sis!

Today I talked about Entrepreneurship.
There are a lot of entrepreneurs these days and not everyone know the reason why they are entrepreneurs, I made a video explaining three major reasons why people go into business and become entrepreneurs, when you have a 'why', when you know the reason you're doing something,it makes things and the direction you're going into very easy.
Here are some questions you should ask yourself and give answers to.
1a.Firstly is why do you want to be an entrepreneur
1b.Secondly Then you look at it, is it worth saleable is it what people would spend their money on?

1c.What solution do you want to proffer in the market?

1d.Who are your competitors and people in the market

1e.How can you be unique and different from others in the market what's your unique point of value.

1f.Get a mentor

I hope you find this helpful!

When we do things we don't differently we get a different result. This particular writeup of mine got different kind of comments that I wanted to delete and stop writing but I can't please everyone I'll surely not be understood by many but for atleast reading thank you so much.
The things I picked from my journey and lessons learnt are;
Never ever do something against your will and inner intuition that thing doesn't lie
Don't just allow one random stranger talk to you and change your mind, always stand strong to whatever decision you make
Try not to travel when on your period/time of the month
Be nice to strangers that's the least you can do
Pray Pray pray!
Travel with a little extra cash so you don't get stranded
Don't take just any bus you see, it is very risky you can't complain because it wasn't at a registered park neither can you get a refund
Don't stand alone at an ungodly hour, its risky
Don't walk alone at an ungodly hour it's risky.
So here is the last part of the story
We kept moving slowly and finally we entered Kogi then Ondo. when we got to Ondo, I presumed we would use like maximum of 3hours and get to Osun but instead we used more than five hours,we had a stop over at Akoko something I can't remember the full name I still couldn't still eat anything.
I didn't eat anything except water I kept taking, we finally got to Owun and soon entered Oyo that was around eight pm in the evening already. My stomach started again and I went to the driver, they were like "corper na only you wetin you eat?" and funny enough I didn't eat anything it was very frustrating, he (driver) didn't stop till we got to Ibadan town where some persons were to alight, not quite long after then our luxurious bus got a slight scratch from an hummer bus and this our greedy driver alighted from the bus in the middle of the road where lots of trailers were passing through and slapped the owner of the bus, saying he had to pay for the damages and all he delayed us without a second thought and so people started alighting that he should instead just give us a fare that'll take us to Lagos we were no longer interested of course he wouldn't accept,I don't know what he concluded with the other bus driver I just knew he entered the bus and we continued, there was traffic, by past eleven pm almost 12 am we arrived Lagos, my Joy knew no bound I was tired.I was angry no one called me from home and made up my mind
I'll go home alone remember it was almost 12am,my other colleague has been using my phone to call her friends who were waiting for her berger where I wanted to alight from but had a second thought to drop at ojota since it was late the road should be free, when I alighted I was so relieved and took a danfo bus (yellow bus) to Maryland and I knew I was home, there was absolutely no bus and since my home was trek able (walk able) I kept going, seriously it was only Gods grace that saw me through home safely. Everywhere was empty. My colleague called me and from her I got to do her friends were attacked while still waiting for her, they were beaten that one got injured and their phones were taken from them.I wouldn't advise anyone to travel late especially alone,I might not be so lucky next time, don't take an unregistered bus,and beware of strangers!
This is the end and I really want to thank everyone for reading, leaving a comment it showed that I wasn't alone. I won't forget this journey anytime soon and would avoid any of such adventure again. Lol
Thanks for reading!

I was so furious I had it in mind to write out the name of the bus company here but No I won't do that. The annoying part was how the bus was moving very very slow even a train would be faster, well how will I blame the poor bus we were overload na,Our next stop was at Suleja, still we didn't get anything nice to eat at this point my stomach was giving me wrong signals already (the rest is history) we continued the journey this time it was already morning and I found it frustrating like we were slowww.we kept going and then I needed to use the toilet I no shy o,I told the driver he complained but didn't have choice, before I could go step out of the bus I had to step on some persons because everywhere was clumsy I tell you.The funniest part was he didn't take the normal express road but inside inside villages and bushes and you know why,he was carrying too many passengers and I'm not sure he had his papers sef.Everywhere was sweaty, there was heat, the guys standing wanted to rest somewhere for support so I suffered it o,they stepped on me,hit me and then they kept saying sorry sorry,it was really annoying and I was trying to be calm and nice so it wouldn't sound like I was being rude or cold to them but at some point I just changed my countenance towards them it was annoying, at least they know Lagos is that far why risk it and inconvenience others.
Thanks for reading I'm trying to summarise and just move to another story. So the next piece might be the last.

They kept packing us like sardines these days sef sardines are having their own space o.lol.
They actually didn't stop until passengers started complaining that we are humans and not animals don't make the bus overly congested than it is already before him (the driver) and his so called manager stopped. This same bus was carrying more than fifty seated passengers alongside those standing were more than thirty and more he also carried a car engine, two bikes and passengers luggage's just imagine even a plane wouldn't be balance with such loads.
The fact was the driver was very greedy and didn't even care if we were comfortable or not,we started moving and I was already frustrated.we didn't go far we were just going to fill the tank of the bus,we were at this filling station for another 45minutes and at this point people were complaining then the driver was like he'll return us back to the park,I was praying in my mind he does so,but he didn't. They asked those standing to alight I was happy already thinking that was it but No they just wanted more money and after which these men came back in.it was past ten pm before we started the journey and I was wondering why didn't I just sleep instead of go through all of this.we commenced our journey and got to Zaria around past 12-1 am middle of the night, all of my thoughts were he'll have stop overs at a really nice place I'll change and hopefully get something nice to eat but I tell you all of our stop overs were just beside the road where you'll get close to nothing to buy/eat.I bought gala sausage and cold water,I was trying to avoid having running stomach or any inconvenience but I lied I Lief because I was the talk of the bus.lollllll
Please if you watched "aiyetoro town" there's this lady who steals and the day she stole Adaku's phone she was like madam abeg I wan toiley not even toilet (I am seriously laughing now) but it wasn't funny that day. There was no toilet for me to clean myself up as I thought I would,I was on on monthly period.I went into the nearest bush did my cleanings and got back into the bus where we were like I don't know that word.we continued the journey from Zaria.....I'll continue immediately! Thanks for reading. (Forgive the typos)I'm human.

When we got to where they called their park (where they lied their buses were)it was empty and I could only see people who I wasn't sure also wanted to travel, the place was just beside the road and we refused to seat,at this point I brought out my landstar receipt of my previous journey which I still kept with me and called their lines, that was when I got to know that Landstar Express (a traveling company)travels by 12-1pm during the day and by this time it was past six in the evening, so a friend suggested I sleep over then start up my journey the next day since I was in my time of the month coupled with the fact that most buses won't leave that night to Lagos still tomorrow, I wanted to but...we kept waiting to atleast see the bus, they said it was luxurious..
We waited and decided that once it was eight pm we were going to leave and commence the journey tomorrow instead that was when a dead looking luxurious bus came, the guys were like they'll get tickets for us lets just wait, when I saw the bus my first statement was I can't travel with this, like my intuition was so accurate but I didn't follow it,Please always follow whatever your intuition tells you even if someone is saying do something and deep down you feel wrong about it don't do it,I'm the type to always stand on my decision but in that scenario I didn't. I saw some persons were in the bus already so the inquisitive part of me went to the window and asked a lady if truly the bus was traveling to Lagos she said she affirmed in positive, I went back again and asked is there available seats for more persons caused it looks like its filled she said there are,at this point the guys already brought the tickets and they were frustrated as why I kept asking questions, I just wanted to be very sure, then they were like if you're not interested give us the ticket and I gladly did already, then they came back to me trying to convince me but why I decided to go with them was my other colleague we were travelling together she was everything would be fine let's go with them, with all of my acclaimed smartness I forgot to ask that lady one important question his much was the fare I mean the transport fare after few minutes of trying to get a conviction I didn't get I entered the bus but then people were struggling to go in,everywhere was tight and rough and immediately I got in I said to myself I made a mistake already, this isn't it and the fare was a difference of #500 from Landstar with features like full Air con till you get to your destination,TV, charging ports, some of their buses even have rest rooms in it but the bus I was in that night was a serious disaster and I love seating close to the window I couldn't get that also,as I sat everything was running through my mind I didn't know when I voiced out audibly can I get my money back and passengers in the bus said don't bother yourself, who did you pay,how much did you pay? That was when we knew we were charged extra and almost double on what we paid, time was far spent and in fact if we slept over till the next day it would have been the best. Then the next thing I saw some Hausa men coming into the bus, there were no extra seats so I was wondering where they headed to,in my life I never thought someone would travel while standing and not even a 45minutes kilometers journey but more than 24hours journey.
Guysss these men legit stood from Kano to Lagos it Is called (standing)in normal Nigeria terms like who does that??. That was when the real thing started.
Keep reading thank You!
