Majority of billionaires in the US are school drop out, education is important but is not a pathway to prosperity.

This is the problem of African, we so much rely on education as a pathway to success without knowing that education is just acquisition of knowledge and the application of knowledge is what lead to success not just the knowledge.

The only way we apply knowledge is by job and not by innovation and that is why we are still backward. Thank God for technology and the availability of information, you don't need to go school to acquired basic knowledge and information that will transform your life.

If that is the case, why going to school in the first instance talk more of dropping out. Education showed them the way and they applied their innovative ability they have already gotten, courtesy of their educational foundation . But in Africa, we only go to school but we are not creative, we cannot capitalize on the education we acquired to be innovative, we can only create problems but we cannot solved. We don't have new ideas about how something can be done, our mindset as an African is to go school and become influential, rich and become a politician. Education is beyond all these. Till we change our mindset, education will seems as nothing to us.
