Politics / Re: But Why Are The Paper Results Different From The Results Announced By INEC? by nameo: 1:21am On Feb 28, 2023
Everybody knows that all the results from Rivers was not what happened on the election day for those PUs that election even actually took place. Obi won in a landslide, including in Wike's PU, ward and Local Govt(Obi wom over 70% of the votes).

The way Obi actually thrashed everybody in Rivers in same way he is thrashing everybody in Delta, where the rigged results showed that he is winning virtually all LGs(both towns and villages) with a landslide.

PS: Even tho Obi is currently winning Delta in a landslide and winning almost all LGAs, his results were deliberately reduced for some LGs..

This election is a scam

It doesn't say transmitted electronically.....results were announced at PUs....then at ward level.....then at state level....then at national level......

Inec said they will use irev to transmit it...but then decided to transmit it manually.... no law was broken.. the idea that election must be annulled ir cancelled is evil.......anyone suggesting it hates you....I grew up under that condition and I can tell you those encouraging you will be the first to leave Nigeria cos they hold dual nationality....

Will you SHUT your mouth there, your little urchinnn.

Section 64 you are mis(interpreting) clearly said the PO should "transmit" the result subject to Section 47 sub-section 2.

Have you read Section 47(2) to know what manner of transmission the electoral law mandated? Have you ever actually read the Electoral Act 2022 as Amended?

APC and intellectually-challenged Fraudsters!!!

Just to say that the news at OP does not tally with the title of the thread.

The EU Observers already called the election "less than transparent " in their preliminary report.

APC, a party of fraudsters, is trying to twist this and doing very badly at it

Politics / Re: South-south Results All But ENDS Peter Obi's Chances by nameo: 7:20pm On Feb 27, 2023
Ylink4sure:
To say I am shocked and surprised by the relatively mild showing by Peter Obi in South-South states is an understatement. My 'Obidients' friends and colleagues are lost for words as we all anticipated same overwhelming results from South-East for Peter Obi in SS!

APC is on course for 35% of votes cast in SS while picking up House of reps and senatorial seats here and there! PDPs Atiku has even won a state!

This scenario has destroyed whatever hope or chances Peter Obi has, as his only chance was to force a run-off by winning most polls (popular vote) since he can't again obtain 25% of votes in 24 states again. His poor showing in the North was already making that impossible but a good showing in the SS plus the expected massive votes from SE was anticipated to give him a fighting chance but he failed.

So, Obidient folks it is game over!

It is advantaged Bola Ahmed Tinubu

You are basing this nonsense on the completely flawed elections where some people were not allowed to vote and results changed with shark abandone. Are you looking at what have been happening in Rivers and Delta and then come out to say these rubbish you just typed.

Dont you have any shame?

If APC ane Tinubu were as strong as you guys claimed, how come he is rigging the elections everywhere so he can win? And even at that he still even could not win places like his own Lagos.

By the way, have you read the preliminary reports of credible internationa Observer groups like the IRN, NDI and EU on the sham of an election? Do you also know that LP, PDP and 10 other parties have left the collation centre for INEC and APC to continue the charade?

Obi will still get the higest number of votes in this highly flawed election (His bases are now coming in; altho SE and SS have not even come yet)

Imagine what would have happened if results were uploaded on ireV at the end of polling at the PU

PS: Just heard that LP has also rejected this result as their PU results show a higher winning margin. Why does INEC and these useless "structure" politicians intent to burn down this country?

Why?

I just wanted to type this b4 i saw this comment.

It is a scam. Even this Press release is a scam.

They want to give us a "bone" in Lagos whilst they continue the result manipulations all over the country. By the way, it was the International community/Govts that forced INEC to announce that Lagos result so as to forestall what would have been a spontaneous reaction from people had Tinubu been declaref winner.

Obi won Lagos in a landslide. INEC should release the actual result

you guys don't get it. Obi is out of the picture. Whether he gets 10 million or whatever, he is no longer relevant in the scheme of things. The two relevant candidates are Tinubu and Atiku. Tinubu is leading at present so what his supporters are concerned about is how Atiku will close down the gap. If the difference between Tinubu and Atiku continue to be 1000, 2000, then it mean Tinubu has won. Right now Atiku needs block votes to balance the equation not too close to call votes.
Lolz...Olodo

If Obi gets 10 million in this very low turn out election, he wins the majority vote.

Regardless of what other candidates get in terms of spread, that is a 2nd election in which Obi will participate

A runoff will be a walkover for Atiku. Peter Obi and Kwankwaso will back him. He will defeat Tinubu with a landslide in SE & SS. The igbos will vote massively for Atiku considering Okowa is an igboman .

Atiku will also inherited Obi's support in Lagos and Kwankwaso support in Kano.

With these, it will be a landslide victory for PDP.

Rest!!

Obi is getting the highest number of votes in this election.

SE and SS and parts of NC that he won in a landslide has not been counted yet

Yes, Sir

He does.

Obi won SE and SS and will.win NC.

And in those areas, Obi won, he won in a landslide.

In the areas he didnt do well(NW and NE), the elections was massively shared amidst a seeming low turnout.

Whilst i expect the "huge" votes from the north to be lower this time around cos of general voter apathy(Bubari show dem pepper) and BVAS(no incidence forms), i doubt this source plzz.

Extrarodinary claims requires some kind of evidence o(even if you dont wanna demand extraordinary evidence).

So i will wait.

PS: It is such a shame that up till now we have not seen most of the results cos some people planned to rig this election. It is such a shame

PDP is the least of my concern.

Datti voted in Zaria. Nobody expected LP to win in most parts of Kaduna north and central.

Obi is clearing Kaduna south and is competitive in some parts of Kaduna north anx central(same zones that would be mostly shared by Atiku, Kwakwanso and Tinubu).

Kaduna is going according to plan for Obi.
